Hi, I have this same issue and tried the troubleshooting steps listed. The "Host" file has no entry with id.razer.com in it. I am using a NordVPN and have disabled it for these troubleshooting steps. I have no issues reaching https://id.razer.com/.
I've also uninstalled and reinstalled Cortex and rebooted the system between each step.

Edit: Why you didnt share the installer in public but you made all people facing the same issue waiting few days to be able to use their Razer equipment...
I am having Razer for first time in my life and the excitement is almost gone because i cant even see what i can do with those stuffs...
After all you can see the number of views on this topic and you could check it far more often than once per few days

1. Install Windows on a VM(kvm) without any razer hardware plugged in
2. Install synapse and start.

So just have problems with the program and can no longer set my headset because you can not log in. Never again Razer had with any program until now such problems.

It is a wild guess, still many applications showed a black on my system lately. Trying to pinpoint the issue, playing with screen settimgs i noticed all applications displayed on my old secondary monitor with no issues. Suspecting a corrupted GPU driver (AMD prereleases are prone to show all kinds of strange behaviour) i did a clean install. Nevertheless the problem perisisted. I could start on a (much too large) window on the old screen and drag it over. Long story short in the end the culprit turned out to be MS auto HDR feature on Win11 which i had to disable manually for affected applications.
