Cortex Booster Prime not working for Warzone

I been trying to use booster prime for Warzone and I keep getting a message that it is " unable to retrieve my Gale's current settings" I've tried restarting the game and even deleting it from the library and adding it again without luck. Has anyone faced this and found a solution?

Before we start could you please provide us with your RIG info? To do so, please launch Cortex and go to SYSTEM BOOSTER > MY RIG, and then, screenshot the page and upload it here.

I am sorry that I cannot see clearly what the issue is from the screenshot you shared with me. Does it say 'Sorry, your current rig is not supported on Razer Cortex'? Or does it say something like cannot retrieve game setting?

Could you please provide us with your RIF info? To do so, please launch Razer Cortex>SYSTEM BOOSTER>MY RIG, then, screenshot the page and send it to us.

Before we start could you please provide us with a few more information for us to isolate this issue?

  • Could you please let us know the installation path of this game Apex Legends or Call of Duty Morden Warfare Warzone?
  • Could you please check out whether there is a videoconfig.txt under this folder %USERPROFILE%\\\\saved games\\\\Respawn\\\\Apex\\\\local\\(Apex Legends), or a config.cfg under this folder %userprofile%\\\\documents\\\\Call of Duty Modern Warfare\\\\players\\\\? If yes, please upload the config file to an iCloud service and PM us the link. To do this, please tap windows+r, input the above installation path, and tap enter on your keyboard. If you cannot find the file, please search from this folder %userprofile%.

Here is the path to config.cfg: "C:\\Users\\Me\\OneDrive\\Documents\\Call of Duty Modern Warfare\\players\\config.cfg"

i bought a pc like 2 month ago and i have a 1650 super and core i5 9400f
after warzone new update my fps came down to 60 to 80 and for fixing that i installed the razer cortex according to my friends suggestion
after installing i head to the booster prime and that was the error the app said

I had to uninstall the software and then reinstall it, before this "update" if i clicked "make adjustments" the razer software crashed, now if i click "make adjustments", nothing happen. I dont get any window prompt to adjust nothing.

However, we are not 100% sure of the exact installation position of this file since there may be different scenarios in the 'This PC' (the installation path you provided for us in your screenshot) section for different PC users.
