Ok, this is just wrong, my time record stopped at 7 hours 10 minutes and it sais i played my 4 hours already, aslo for the rest of my squad, but with less time, please fix this

We are so sorry that you encountered this issue. After our investigation, we found that there was a displaying issue on your end but actually you've accumulated enough gameplay time.

Playing a fair game and team play are very important. We want Cortex PC Squad Rewards to be fair for all players. We've fixed this issue to avoid any error-displaying on the accumulation of gameplay time.

You all can go check out your gameplay time now if you've already played up to 4 HOURS today. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to see the updated time appear in your profile. Thank you for being an avid player, we appreciate the passion and feedback we receive from the community.

Just a reminder, in Squad Rewards Season 4, we've optimized the displaying time according to your local timezone. The accumulation of daily reset time is always 0000(12am) GMT/UTC, you can refer to our FAQ here

I'm sorry but i stil have this problem, today I played much more than 4 hours on a supported game(as I did since the start of the competition) but Cortex only displays 3 h 55 minutes but tells that I've reached the maximum gameplay for today so I'm missing 5 minutes.
My team also sees the wrong time displayed and we hope it can be fixed because we went from 3rd to 193rd


I reported Razer as far as the eye can see for gross contest manipulation and rigging. They did to MY team as well. Went from *FIRST* place the first week to where we sit now. Rigged competition, same 5 minutes missing. They got our metric data, so why aren't we allowed a fair competition?!

I was in this team before leaving because of the time reduction on one of our members, this was our time before we maxed it out the same day it got reduced for one of our mates

There are many of us who are certain that this was intentional on Razer's end, and that they were sure nobody would catch them. Problem is, they've done this time rigging enough in past seasons that (it turns out) SEVERAL teams decided to screen cap their times for posterity this season. No, RAZER is manipulating a contest, and this is exactly why my reports went where they did.

We are excited about our new Squad Rewards program and are heartened to see so many gamers participating.

Due to the high number of users, our servers suffered temporary performance issues, particularly during the UTC 3:40 - 4:00 am time frame on Dec 23, 2020, which resulted in some accumulated gameplay time not correctly reflecting in Razer Cortex PC.

To address this, we applied a fix that corrected all impacted users' data on our servers. All users’ gameplay time records should match the server logs, and all accumulated gameplay time was is now displayed correctly after the fix. Users affected by the issue have been granted the time lost during the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank those who have flagged this to us. The feedback of our passionate community members will help us to optimize our services and to ensure a smooth and fun gaming experience for everyone.

Hello, i am just wondering on day 2 of squad rewards ho one member of team in first place have 6 hours accumulated and it haven´t pass one hour for the day? right now it is just 35 minutes after reset, so no one should have more that 4 hours 35 minutes

It seriously doesn't even matter anymore. A couple of the top teams have individual users who are somehow building 3-4x normal playtime, and that's now the lead bracket as Razer did nothing for the legitimacy of this contest. OH WOW! They gave back the 5 minutes they robbed from the old lead teams! That doesn't stop the 3-4x speed they're granting to certain users. There's photographic evidence of their foul play ALL OVER this season ffs.

Razer's employees have already admitted that their time servers aren't working properly and have been manipulated from both the inside and outside. I have been speaking with them for DAYS now, and although they know the competition is bust, they cannot take it down, only "investigate" and thank me for my time/service.
