When I try to optimize my game settings, it says ‘unable to retrieve your game’s current settings, please restart the game or directly change ingame settings’, but this only happens for fortnite, valorant, roblox, and overwatch. works fine for genshin and honkai star rail. how can i fix this?

Dear readers, I was wondering would it be nice to have a achievement library for the games you have in your library? So that you can keep track off all your achievements from games in one place. And maybe earn a special trophy from razer from it. Idk if this idea would be useful and if it might already be in the works but personally I'd love to see this feature!

so my overlay works on the forest but on scrap mechanic doesnt. in ets2 it sometimes work sometimes doesnt. anyone know why?

In the Razer Cortex booster, you can choose which app to close when starting games. But I notice that the app that was closed will not be reopened by Cortex when exiting the game. Is there an option or anything that I need to check for the app to be reopened? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

I have been having this issue where my game would minimize unexpectedly in the middle of a fight in Counter Strike or in Grand Theft Auto: Five. I have been trying to find a fix for about a week and I turned off Auto-Boost which immediately fixed the problem. I’m not sure exactly which process/service it could be that causes the games to minimize but this is the solution that worked for me. I hope this works for anyone else having this problem as well.

Hello, I have enabled Razer Cortex In game Overlay to display FPS, time and game time but it just doesn’t seem to work.I’ve also read on other threads that the funcionality was disabled several months ago, but I’m not sure if it was entirely disabled or just for some games. I’m trying to use it in games like CoD: Warzone or Escape from Tarkov unsuccesfully Any advise on this matter?

I try to open the app the tray works but the window doesn’t pop up, just shows up for a second on the taskbar and disappears. I haven’t had this problem before converting to Windows 11

Basically title. I can’t seem to get Razer Cortex to show my FPS in games like Roblox. I have already found a solution which is literally go to another user that is the admin (Thanks, Mediamarkt for bloating it and already setting it up even tho i wanted to) and get Roblox from there, but that’s really about it… Do I need to run the game on my normal user through fullscreen? PLS help!!

Hello, the Razer Cortex application has stopped opening, in fact it doesn't maximize, it goes straight to the hidden icons in the taskbar, I've tried opening it in every way, I've reinstalled it twice, nothing works. Any solution?

Hello there! Before a went on vacation (a month ago) razer cortex allowed me to adjust the digital vibrance, hue, etc.but when I came back the feature said it wasnt allowed anymore. I have some settings changed already but cant change it back.I have two graphics cards on my laptop ; AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

I don't know what happened 3 months ago digital vibrance was working properly on my laptop i have AMD 5600h apu processor + Nvidia 1650 Graphics Card , But today i cant adjust the digital vibrance its showing your graphics card dont have option.

Hello so Im relatively new to Razer Cortex but I had a few questions.1. Every time I launch my pc Razer Cortex is asking for permissions to run.2. I tried out the optimization features such as system clean / speed up ect after running it I didnt really notice and visual changes but a day later after I restart my pc these changes were made: Clear type was turned off / Display windows contents while moving was off / The blue drop shadow box was white and black dots / and images were not displaying properly and last my systems font was all weird for pc and browser. I was wondering if these are changes that cortex makes if not Im thinking it might be malware but I got ESET Advanced premium and Advanced Malwarebytes so any information would be great thanks!

How often are the release dates refreshed on Cortex so that they actually show up in libraries? Two games that have fully released and I’ve installed are The Finals and Nothing!! however Cortex has them labelled as “To be released” therefore aren’t showing up in my library.

I am very wondering how this works, and super new at this. How do I join in? Do I just play a certain game that supports, if so than how do i know i am already in? Can someone help me please?
