So, i’ve purchased a battle net balance using razer gold, the transaction was completed, and i’ve got the 19 digits Razer PIN (alphanumerical) and Serial Number; but i cant use it to redeem the Battle Net balance,After searching online everywhere, i cant found any single solution to my problem because it seems that the actual PIN that can be used to redeem the balance is a 14-digits PIN (instead of 19) and/or 16-digits code directly for the Battle.net website or application. Please help if any of you guys encountered similar problems. thank you.

When I get to the payment section, it is asking me to choose between PayPal/credit card information. Can I fully pay for an item using silver coin only?
