Occasionally when I am in an Xbox party my headsets microphone will stop working for like 2-10 seconds and it is really annoying when trying to play competitive video games. I have had the headset for about 10 months now and I am just now noticing this issues and it only seems to be getting worse. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect it multiple times and also I have tried to update the firmware but it says it is all up to date. I am really at a loss for what to do.

I mistakenly scratch off some codes from the back 

 I have a COD Razer but when I try it I get an error Pin conversion failed , can anyone help?

I am located in Manila and it's been months or already a year that I have no offers in gaining rewards (running an app for 3 mins and receive silver rewards) using mobile cortex. So I created a ticket to support and got this answer:"We received an update from our Cortex Team regarding your case. Offers are geo dependent and may not always be available. Be sure to check the app regularly for offers. We also have the Tapjoy Offerwall. Do check there often for more ways to earn Razer Silver!" Who else are experiencing this? This does not include the Tapjoy thing.

A friend of mine purchased a $300 razer gold card from Amazon, upon redemption i got the invalid pin code response…i don’t know what to do because I didn’t give anyone else the card and i am as well confused on why it wouldn’t work, i have emailed Razer gold and Amazon on this issue, Razer gold just gives me a loop of automated replies, while Amazon hasn’t given me a reply at all…please help because $300 is a lot of money.

I changed my account email but when I redeem the gift card, it still sends me to the original email? I tried changing it 2-3 times but it's still the same. What's wrong with the razer gold system?

I recently bought an 500 USD Gift card of razer gold. And I put it in the website where your suppose to but it gave me only 500 Razer silver and not gold. I tried putting it in again and it said it was redeemed, I tried reloading the page and again it was redeemed.
