Firstly I'm quite apprieciative of the zSilver program, allowing fans to earn peripherals. However, many people aren't aware of the zSilver redemption fee, and I feel Razer should be more upfront. Perhaps advertising the promotion as heavily discounted (90% or something, I don't know the exact rate) off a product, as I feel the current way is disengenuinous and misleading.

I bought razer-gold through the temporary master card that is created from the bank and the money was deducted in full after contacting the bank and then the operation failed and I could not charge my account nor recover my money in general that I am shipping games to people from razer and this affected my work and I also sent tickets to the company and it hasn't been answered yet. I want to buy a 30 BRL blizzard card in razer gold & silver, but when i go to buy says out of stock, i talk to support and they say will have this card only in the end of month, how can i get my money back? because when i purshasced before the deposit, has on stock, i deposited the money and out of stock and stock just on end of the month? is so unfair and injust, hope to resolve this as quick is possible.

I need some extra silver and figured GammaNow would be the easiest way to get it. I currently have a 5700 xt which gets 50mh/s mining ethereum (which i assume is what gammanow mines too). How much silver can I expect to earn per day with that card? Mining eth gives me 0.0013 eth per day, so around 3.5$, I guess that should be around 3k razer silver per day. Anyone know for sure what I can expect?

so i just installed gamma on my gaming laptop (rtx 3060 115w) and its using about 10% of my gpu at 210 Mhz. im currently on battery and my laptop has a pretty small battery, and its not costing as much electricity as people said in other threads. Also i have a question, the silver that is shown below the STOP on the gamma up is what i will get in 24 hours?

I have a 1050ti, and gamma ran for hours without generating any silver, is this expected and if not, how would this be fixed. It seems to only use 35% of my GPU's power when running.

So, I just created my RAZER GOLD account today, I immediately added funds to my account without even thinking twice because I was eager to top-up on my Mobile Legends dias. As I was about to purchase diamonds using my razer gold balance, it says I needed an OTP send only to my email address registered for me to be able to go through with the purchase. I immediately tried to retrieve my email address because I haven't really opened the email associated with my facebook account for so long. I tried sending and OTP for 3 long hours and I still haven't received a single one. I received an email from RAZER SUPPORT about the ticket that I submitted but I never got an OTP. I also checked spam folders and made sure there's nothing blocking them from sending me an email. Best way to collect silver and get redeemed is to sign in the razer account to Razer Insider . For getting rewarded you have to complete task given by them . I love Razer Gold
