Please Help me resolve my issue with this new razer thingy!! Because of this 2 Step Authentication I can no longer use my remaining mol points because it always asked for an OTP or 2 Step Authentication which I no longer have cause I have resetted my phone recently and lost all the apps in it including the Authenticator App I use. dont buy razer gold of your trying to get a razer gold pin. Its two different things (somehow). If you live in america you cant get a razer gold pin or a playsafe card. This site took my money and wont give it back and they wont give me a pin. Scam scam scam

Hey, I recently used 50k Silver to get a Firefly v2. But now it looks like all the Razer hardware is gone from Silver rewards and I can only use silver on a bunch of games. The games are a bad deal because the silver cost seems to be based on the full price of the games, not the discounted price during Steam sales. Is hardware ever coming back? I am from Finland if that counts.

Hi all, I have an issue with the 'Razer Hardware' section. I bought my Blackwidow Keyboard more than two weeks ago, registered it the same day I bought it and my Synapse recognises it but Insider won't let me claim the 'Type Master' achievement. I tried updating my Synapse and logging out of Insider, then log in again, at least a few times but nothing works for me. Can someone please help me and tell my how I can fix this? Hello Razer has disabled my wallet by mistake when I was browsing the account update 2018 page and exploring that page after the payment page for the purchase did not load well .. and after communicating with technical support for more than 20 days and the account is still disabled and technical support does not help at all, I have provided them all The information they requested and did not explain to me the main reason for disrupting the wallet..and they closed the ticket without liking it..and I opened another ticket and also it was closed without my help..Does this mean that Razer has stolen me with $ 500 and I cannot dispose of it ..
