My Razer Nommo was working fine. Then I switchee the sound OFF. When I turned it ON… no sound. What are the tests that I can do if the equipment is not working? Or if it is just a silly mistake?I have done the basic windows troubleshoot but it said that it could not detect any problem...
I used to own a Razer keyboard up until I sold it recently. One of the things I realized after switching to a non-Razer keyboard is that I can't set any more hotkeys for the global shortcuts. Regular hotkeys can still be set using other software. But for hotkeys specific to Razer such as Chroma profile switching or device profiles - tough luck.I still have a Razer mouse and switching profiles for it is a little inconvenient having to open that little system tray menu over simply having a hotkey for it. What do you guys think of this limitation? Does anybody know a way around it?
I have encountered a peculiar issue:the Nommo Pro wakes my PC from sleep mode, as soon as I turn off the speakers. Despite the 'Allow this device to wake the computer' option in Windows 11 not being selected and there being no wake-up timers set, the PC still wakes up. This occurs regardless of the USB port the speaker is plugged into.As a matter of fact, turning off the Nommo Pro has the same effect on waking up the PC as if I had used mouse or keyboard. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Do you have any ideas or suggestions?" Thank you for your help.
I have a razor 15 base model and when I go to put my laptop into gaming mode, I am unable to because synapse is telling me that the laptop is receiving inadequate power which is stunting my performance. I have no every changed charging adapters and my laptop came with a 180W adapter. I also checked my battery life and it is at 96 percent, and have noticed zero swelling. I was wondering what I can do to fix this inorder to get the maximum performance out of my laptop.
Hello,So my Headset seems to have extremly bad battery life. normal googleing says. 11 hours with the RGB lighting and HyperSense on and 44 hours while both are off But i can have it charged 100% and having Haptic intensity on low with bass boost on 100% within maybe 1 hour the battery is nearly dead. no lighting is on. plus synapse seems broken. battery can show nearly full. But i plug the headset it and a notification pops up saying headset at low power. headset is on latest firmware aswell.
Since the recent update, my Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro doesn't appear in Synapse when using the 2.4GHz wireless connection. I've already updated to the latest firmware and paired the receiver accordingly, but the issue persists. The previous update caused a 0% battery display problem, which seems to have been fixed in today's update. However, the device is still not showing up in Synapse3 when using the 2.4GHz connection. Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
Hi there, so today I wanted to use my Barracuda X Headset with my laptop via the USB-C Dongle. Before plugging it into the USB-C port the dongle worked fine on my other PC and my Samsung phone. After plugging it into my laptop it neither worked on said laptop and after checking it with my phone it also did not want to connect as usual. On my PC the dongle still works fine for now. I updated the driver on my laptop just in case but it simply does not want to work. When I use the USB-3 to USB-C adapter it works fine, but somehow the dongle won’t get recognized by my laptop and, as stated, suddenly not on my phone anymore.Any suggestions on why this might be? I can somehow make do with the adapter but why did the dongle suddenly stop working with my phone as well. Thanks in advance!
Hi there,The problem I'm having right now is that the computer won't charge. However, the LED indicator on the power supply is on. In other words, when the battery runs out, I can no longer turn on the computer and use it.It is because when I connect the power supply to the computer, there is no response at all. I heard someone said maybe the software(Windows 11) problems !I have tried to delete and reinstall the batteries driver from the windows 11 system device, but it still can't solve the problem. What should I do? Attached is my laptop information.Microsoft Windows 11 Homeversion(10.0.22621 Build 22621)Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Mid 2021)-RZ09-0409Many Thanks

Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation (audiodg.exe) will use 8-14% of my CPU constantly in the background from startup until I uninstall Razer 7.1. It doesn’t depend on what I’m doing, even at idle it spikes upto 14%. I don’t know how to recreate this issue but it has happened more than twice. I guess when my electricity supply got cut off, PC didn’t shut down correctly and this issue occurred. This is Before Uninstall - This is After Uninstall -
I wish I could give zero stars to Razer Support for the ordeal I’ve been through. As a long-time user of Razer products, I’m deeply disappointed and frustrated. My 2020 Razer Blade Pro, which I sent for repair after a Razer-provided BIOS update bricked it, became a source of endless frustration.Despite my persistent efforts, contacting support 15 times and opening multiple cases, the process to simply mail in my device was needlessly complicated. The $99 diagnostic fee felt like a slap in the face, especially considering what followed. My laptop was returned to me with no explanation, no repair, and no refund of the fee I paid. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction and service is appalling. The lack of communication and accountability from Razer Support is unacceptable. It’s one thing to have a technical issue, but it’s entirely another to be treated with such neglect and indifference by a company’s support team. This experience has not only soured my view of Razer’s custome
Dear fellow members, I have recently bought a Razer Blade 18 and I am enjoying the experience so far. However, lately some small sound/noise has been bothering me; the laptop frequently and randomly makes the same sound it makes when shutting down (the final sound the laptop makes at shutdown), but during normal usage like just browsing or doing nothing at all, really. Just a few seconds after the sound, the fans start operating during a few seconds before returning to the non-active mode. Please find attached a recording from the underside of the laptop when this happens. In real life the fans only run softly for an instant, though it may sound more intense on the recording. Thank you in advance!
My Basilisk V3 Pro which has been working up until the software update to 20231207 this morning, is now displaying 0% for the battery in red and I can’t load any profiles nor adjust my DPI if I am using Hyperspeed Wireless. I see that there are tons of others experiencing the same issue. I updated my firmware. Uninstalled and re-installed clean. The issue persists. Before you ask me to do a clean install or gather logs, this was working fine until today’s update. I have already done a clean install. Fresh install of Windows This just started today. I have a Death Stalker V2 Pro Keyboard that works fine. This is not OS related I doubt hardware being this mouse is maybe a week old and was working until today’s update. Please see a related thread below:Razer Naga Pro showing 0 profiles and 0% battery life in Synapse.
Can Razer Support please give official guidance on what models of their machines are impacted by the recently-announced LogoFAIL vulnerability. If none of them are, please can you also advise this as I have seen nothing officially posted anywhere on this either. In particular I am interested to know if the following models are impacted. If they are, please advise on what is required to fix.Blade 15 Advanced Model (Early 2021) - RZ09-036 Blade 15 Advanced Model (Early 2020) - RZ09-033 Blade 15 Advanced Model (Mid 2021) - RZ09-0409
