Ive been having issues with my Razerblade 15 booting up in secure boot almost every time. I recently figured out how to turn it off, but it keeps turning itself back on. When I did finally get back into my laptop briefly, razer central did’t let me log in in any way. If I log in with razer I get ‘suspicious login attempt’ because my location is different from where my laptop was last working and if I log in with google it says, ‘no authentication found’. Razer central wants me to update but won't let me without logging in, I feel like I'm stuck in a loop. Haven't been able to use my laptop in months.

So I bought the blackshark v3 against my better jugmeant because of problems with razer products in the past. I have withing minutes noted a bug or maybe its two, First there is no dedicated custom selection for the EQ, which means I have to edit one of the preexisting ones, not a good start, so I spent around 20 mins altering the Game EQ till it was how I liked, just as I was near completing it my phone rang so I pressed the not very smart button to switch to bluetooth because for some reason in dual mode the person on the phone couldnt hear me, switching to BT and they could now hear me. So I then pressed the not so smart button again to switch to wireless mode and in doing so must have not double pressed fast enough and it change the EQ to default mode. Not a biggy you say just dbl press it till its back to game EQ you know the one I spent 20 mins editing?, yeah well when I did that it wiped all my settings out and reset them to default Game EQ. Honestly who comes up with these STUP

When I connect it with 3.5mm jack it works just fine but when i try to connect with dongle it doesnt work, i never had this issue before, it started maybe 2 months ago, at first it was needed to wait only few days for itself to fix the issue but now i waited almost 2 weaks and the issue still persist. I tried updating software through synapse but it says the device is turned off or need to be connected  via 2.4 Ghz (it is turned on) and also the pairing utility which also doesnt work and everytime says it failed.

was updating the firmware after it stopped being recognized randomly and now no lights and it wont connect to my pc. idk what to do.

hi. I perchused the headphones not even a couple days ago and tried connecting them via blue tooth to my PC. im new to the gaming hardwear area, and asked my husband if he could fix it sadly to no avail. my settings seem correct from what i can tell, but ive just been watching youtube videos on it so im not sure how credible that is. The audio seems to be very glitchy no matter what device i try and connect it to. i no longer have the box for the number and im at a loss. could someone pls try and help me out i was really hoping these would work its such a cute desighn and i love the rest of the collection so far no problems with LITTERALLY any other device from this collection except the heaad set. thank you for taking the time to read this i really appreciate your time                       --Kiwwi

Recently purchased blackshark v3 pro for my ps5  on July 17 2026 and dongle is no longer working. Can it be fixed? Or replaced under a warranty? Love the headset but Bluetooth no longer connects to ps5.

I can't set up my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Xbox for PC. I'm running the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox app. While the dongle is in USB mode, the app launches. As soon as I switch the dongle to the Xbox for setup, the app closes and won't open again. How can I set up these headphones? Why isn't it supported in Synapse? I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. What kind of technology can't be configured?!

Hi Razer,I recently found my old Razer Viper Ultimate mouse in storage but I cannot find the wireless USB dongle. I have several other Razer mice all with their USB dongles:Razer Deathadder V2 ProRazer Deathadder V3 Pro but I wanted to also get my Viper Ultimate running wirelessly again as I like the shape. Any chance for a USB dongle replacement as I’m not keen to buy something from Aliexpress? Regards 

I purchased this mouse on Nov 24, 2023. It has died on me recently. I mean, it us totally unresponsive, and does not turn on at all even when wired. I’ve tried primarily everything online and my next steps are to either: Replace the battery Maybe someone on this forum will have something to say?Thanks for any help, and sorry if this post comes out as redundant, I love how the mouse feels and I hope I get to use it again.

Hi I've just had this device for just over one year and the battery is not as good as it could be. Is there a way to replace the battery or do I need to do a warranty return. Thanks in advance 

Every once in awhile my mouse will randomly stop working and it’s because Synapse has turned my mouse to save power after 0 minutes of idle time. It will go idle while I’m actively moving the mouse because of this. When this happens I have to continuously plug my mouse in and out of my pc to hopefully get a long enough window to manually change the setting myself before the mouse turns back off. If it turns back off I’m unable to change the mouse’s settings as the window for my mouse disappears. I’ve looked into it online and haven’t found similar issues happening to others.if anyone could tell me why this is happening that’d be great

I have noticed that there is a significant bug with Razer Synapse that is causing disconnection issues galore. Occasionally, Razer Synapse will start and set wireless power saving all the way to the left (which should be 1), but it actually shows “0” on the slider, which is causing my mouse to connect for about 1 second and then disconnect and turn off and then cycle that process every 10-15 seconds. Please fix this bug!!!

I recently just got my razer blade stealth 13 late 2019, and i love this little machine to death, but i’ve been hitting a roadblock for the past few days concerning running Linux Ubuntu on it. I want to make using Ubuntu feel more normal to me, so i try every means possible to not use windows as much, but i can’t. I dualbooted Ubuntu onto my laptop, but then after the whole setting up and i rebooted it so i can use it, my screen goes blank and dark, i know it’s working because my keyboard rgb backlight is on, but it just isn’t loading me to the desktop so i can login and use Ubuntu. I tried everything possible, but the only way i got to boot to my desktop and use it was by deleting all nvidia graphics  driver and running off of my cpu alone. This was kind of a letdown for me, as i was hoping to run more powerful software and see how gaming feels like on linux. Please does anyone have any suggestions on getting it to work, i will greatly appreciate it. I was told that it was my laptop f

Hi I have the razer v3 pro ps5 controller the controller won’t play as wired. I’ve just updated the controller to the latest update. Has anyone had this issue? How can I fix it?

My Razer Huntsman V3 Pro’s play/pause button isn’t working properly. Sometimes it works, but only if I hold it down for about five seconds (and even that barely works). Other times, it works but with a delay of around a minute. BUT MOST OF THE TIME IS NOT WORKING AT ALL

The mouse is quite old and is out of warranty, and I no longer have the original proof of purchase.I understand that a dedicated Lancehead receiver is required. If I lift the keyboard up and just move it around a little it will automatically disconnect and reconnect, its very sensitive to movement for some reason. Happens every 5-10mins (without touching it while watching videos) when its bad. Sometimes doesn’t reconnect and have to replug the usb. On some reconnects there's no RBG and it isn't being detected in razer synapse.After replugging the usb sometimes it doesn't dc for a few hours but either way I get at least 10+ disconnects everyday.There’s nothing wrong with the usb slots because I’ve used the 2019 Blackwidow for 4 years on the same slot without any issues.(I’ve owned it for less then a week) Things I’ve tried:-Replugging usb into different ports (front and back)-Replugging usb c into keyboard-updating razer synapse-removing power management options “allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” in device manager (human interface devices) on usb slots and Blackwidow.-I tried updating the firmware but I couldn’t, there w

Hi,I currently have a Razer Viper V3 Pro with its original bundled HyperPolling Wireless Dongle.I understand that the Viper V3 Pro can only be paired with the dedicated HyperPolling Dongle that comes with the mouse.However, I would like to know whether this same bundled dongle can be unpaired from the Viper V3 Pro and then paired with a Viper V3 Pro SE in the future.I am considering purchasing a limited-edition Viper V3 Pro SE as a backup mouse. If my current Viper V3 Pro ever fails, I would like to use its original HyperPolling Dongle with the V3 Pro SE.Is this officially supported?Thank you.
