Hello Razer Support,I have a Razer Blade 15 Base (Early 2021), model RZ09-0369, currently running BIOS version 1.00 dated January 4, 2021.Secure Boot keeps re-enabling itself whenever I disconnect the AC adapter, even though other BIOS settings and the date/time remain saved. I have also fully decrypted my Windows drive, so BitLocker is no longer enabled.The official support page lists a BIOS updater for the RZ09-0410 Advanced/Base variant, but I cannot find a BIOS updater for my RZ09-0369.Could you please confirm whether a newer BIOS or a Secure Boot recovery package is available for my exact model?Thank you.

I have a ps portal and as an audio output I can only use 3.5mm or sony’s own headset. I have BlacksharkV2 Pro and was wondering that if I could use a usb-c to 3.5mm adapter to connect my headset to it. Will it work?

I am looking for a replacement tilt / foot / riser or whatever it is called for my Razer huntsman v3 pro 8khz Keyboard.. I live in South Korea. I found some on another site, but I'm not really sure how trustworthy that is. Is there an official/trustworthy way of getting a replacement? Thank you!

Hello,I have a Razer Tartarus Pro and I’m using Synapse 4 (fully updated).I want to assign two different macros to a single key using the dual-function feature (light press = one macro, deeper press = another macro).When I select Keyboard Function, the Add Secondary Function option appears and works.However, when I select Macro, the Add Secondary Function option does not appear at all.This happens on all keys. There are no error messages.Is it possible to use two different macros on the same key with primary/secondary actuation, or is this not supported?I already tried updating Synapse and support suggested a clean reinstall, but this seems like a missing feature rather than a bug.Thank you for any help.

Hello Razer Support,my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed USB dongle suddenly stopped working.The headset itself was working normally before the issue occurred mid-game without any changes to my PC or the headset.Windows detected the dongle in the Device Manager as:“Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)”I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Unplugging and reconnecting the dongle Using different USB ports Uninstalling the unknown USB device from Device Manager Restarting the PC Completely shutting down and restarting the PC Testing the dongle on a second computer/laptopThe same problem occurred on both computers. Therefore, it does not appear to be a Windows-specific issue.The Headset is working fine when I connect it via cable.When I connect the dongle it shows a very feint green light for a second before going dark. Could you please advise whether there is a way to reset/recover the dongle or if I can replace it? Best regards

Hello,I've connected an external webcam to my Razer Blade 18 (2025). Unfortunately, the webcam continues to draw power even after the laptop has been shut down, whether it's connected via the USB-A or USB-C port. As a result, the camera stays warm all the time. I haven't found a setting in either Synapse or the BIOS that allows me to disable one of the USB ports. Thank you for your help!

Hiya, A week or so ago, my wireless adapter for my Razer Viper Ultimate stopped working, consistently turning on and off over and over again. I decided to go on eBay and buy a replacement dock and adapter, as razer doesn’t sell them. First time using them, it was perfect. I paired them and it was all good to go.But I cannot get it to work since then. I have tried firmware updates (which always get stuck on 40% and show no device version) I have tried pairing constantly, reinstalled all razer drivers and synapse. One day I was able to get it work, and then the next not at all. I don’t even think it’s the adapter itself, as I have gotten it to work, I just have no clue why the firmware isn’t downloading or why nothing is pairing. Thanks.

Like the tittle says, im having lag dragging a rectangle in ninjatrader. The rectangle doesnt lag with the laptops touchpad. already updated tongles and mouse firmware. I also tried an old mouse with tongle and the lag dissapears in ninjatrader. So its definitely something with the deathadder, i also tried differents polling rates and nothing. What can i do ? Thanks P.S: only happens with rectangles, with triangles, elipses, etc. No lag. Theres nothing wrong with ninjatrader because with the old mouse worked perfect

Hello, I use a Raza Naga Left Handed Edition and 3 days ago an error came up saying “CRP disabled” and the mouse was not detected at all by the laptop & the RGB lights were off. I searched the internet and it says the CRP is a firmware on the mouse board and needs a flash of a new firmware. I looked at the Razer website and there is no firmware for the Naga Left Handed Edition. Where do I get the firmware for the Naga Left Handed Edition? Thx.

I am a left-handed user and my Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition (Model: RZ01-0341) is currently bricked. It is no longer recognized as a mouse by Windows or Synapse; instead, it shows up as a mass storage device named "CRP DISABLD".I've already tried the following without success: Hardware reset (holding L+R+Scroll while plugging in). Testing on different PC ports (direct to motherboard). Using the official Razer Firmware Updater (the tool does not detect the mouse because it's in bootloader mode). Since this is a specialized peripheral and critical for my daily work, I urgently need the recovery firmware .bin file to manually flash it back to life, or a direct link to a recovery tool that supports the RZ01-0341 in this state.If any moderator or community member has the correct firmware file, please let me know.Thanks for the help!

So, I’m not entirely sure what did happen with my headset. I was playing games last night with some buddies and it worked perfectly fine, I got off and left my computer for maybe 30 minutes to 1hr and suddenly my Blackshark headset is just not getting any audio even while acting connected, same for the microphone not sending any audio out. I have them set up using the Hyperspeed dongle on my PC, and they work fine bluetoothed to my phone.Its going so far as to not even let me update the firmware on the device, which shouldnt even be that out of date (been ~2mo), acting like the dongle isnt connected. I’m not as savvy as I should be with tech, and any help would be appreciated.

Greetings!  I have been having an issue for a few years now (and it’s really bothering me!). The very bottom of my laptop screen is messed up.  It looks like the bottom few lines are interlaced with the very top few lines on the laptop display.  Please see photo taken by phone:  The “size” of the interlacing is intermittent.  Sometimes it’s like this (the worst I’ve seen) while sometimes it’s a line or two and sometimes there is no issue at all.When using print screen, this is not visible:  I recently used the Razer Updater - V1.1.13_DA760 - and had no change.  I have all windows (Windows 11) updates and all NVidia driver updates.  I have a secondary external monitor that does not have any display issues.  I have never seen any discoloration in games outside of these few lines at the bottom (which are just interlacing the top few lines with the bottom few).  As such, I have no reason to suspect a hardware fault.  I have seen this issue posted before for other systems with zero actual s

I’m having an issue with the latest "Play to Earn" game—Grand Theft Auto V. The Epic Games version isn't working; I simply can't launch it from the Cortex window. It shows up in the "Launcher" tab, but I can't launch it from the "Rewards" tab, which means I can't earn coins for playing. Resetting the Razer Game Manager Service 3 and clearing the cache in GameManager3\Data\ hasn't helped.

Tartarus Pro, Synapse 4.0.827. Each profile is linked to its own Chroma Studio (Advanced) effect. Switching profiles from the Synapse dropdown changes the lighting correctly, but switching with a “Switch Profile” key binding on the keypad changes the profile without changing the lighting.

hi guys I have a Razer Book 13  and for the life of me I can't get windows reinstalled on it. I have a windows 11 USB key that I made on my other computer and it can boot it but then it don't see any drives. im not sure what driver to get for it to see the NVMe drive. can anyone help ?? Thanks

 Everytime I restart my PC the macro commands stay however, the keybinds on the right do not. I have to assigne the key binds every time i turn on my PC, it is so annoying! Razer can you fix your shit and save my keybinds please? I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times and deleted my user files to do with razer.  Any ideas on what else i can do or is it simply a bad software issue? My keyboard is Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL thanks
