Hello first of all I was using this mouse for like a year now gonna be 1 year in 5 days anyways today I was using it normally as wireless and I fully charged it yday went to drink water and cameback to its not working neither wireless or usb its light is just dead, even if I press the button under it its light doesnt turn on, I tried everything but since the light doesnt turn on I cant do anything

Hey Guys, I saw there are a lot of topic simillar to mine but not exactly mine, so I am writing a new post. yesterday during the day my Razer Barracuda X was working just fine, but then in the evening when I came back home I turned it on, I heard it say "Power On” and then "Paring”(which is a normal occurence, I Just have to take out the dongle from the cable connecting it to the USB-A and put it back in) and since then it doesnt connect. Every time I turn off and on the headset I hear it says is so the headset is working but it cannot connect  to the dongle or vice versa.  I tried everything I saw on the internet or ChatGPT suggested. I tried different ways of unpluggin the dongle and turning off/ on the headset. I tried deleting the drivers from the device manager. I have tried downloading the firmware but it is not working as for some reason it does not detect that I have turned on the headset. I am at a loss, is this some factory issue I dont know about which may mean that my heads

Hola recientemente compré un Viper v2 pro por Mercado Libre que por lo que se es su distribuidor autorizado aquí en México .
