I bought this product years ago and all I want is to record some 1080p videos of my nintendo switch but it doesn’t seem to be recognized on my computer, the capture card shows a red light and although it shows in device manager OBS does not recognize it as a video capture device.I have tried many things including downloading old versions of razer synapse and I cannot get it to work. Please help, I do not have enough money for a new one.

I’m here to share how can I troubleshooting the issue that 7.1 Surround Sound won’t launch at all. First, thanks to peoples in this thread for solution. In my situation, I config my windows to move Roaming folder to other drive, let’s call it E:\Roaming, to save some space and kept programs config safe. The root cause is that, from what I understand, when install the 7.1 Surround Sound app while have roaming folder located other than C:\, the installer will install the app data both in C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Razer and E:\Local\Razer, while mostly app data will be stored in C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Razer.But when try to launch the razer app, it will try to look for app data in E:\Local\Razer instead of C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Razer. To solve this, first, copy folder “RzAppEngine” inside C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Razer, to another location, in this case, E:\Local\Razer, and replace everything inside.Then remove old “RzAppEngine” folder inside

I’ve lost the dongle on my razer wolverine v2 pro, and am no longer able to use it wirelessly. Is there any way I can buy a new dongle? I’ve looked online and I can only find replacement dongles for mice and keyboards.

Hello,I'm experiencing an issue with my Razer Barracuda Pro HyperSpeed dongle.SymptomsThe headset works perfectly over Bluetooth. The issue only affects the 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed connection. Windows detects the USB dongle. Synapse detects the dongle. The Firmware Updater detects the dongle and reports firmware version 3.1.1. However, the Firmware Updater never detects the headset and remains waiting at step 2. The Headset Pairing Utility does not detect the dongle at all. Hello, recently my Mic has stopped working and makes a buzzing sound unless I fidget with the mic and even then it will only work for a little longer. Is there anyway to get a replacement mic as I can not find any in stock

I bought a razer blackshark v2 x. The 7.1 Surround sound software does not open its not even in the task bar after installation i have been at the for a few hours still does not open. i  have not got a proper reply nor can i get any support even after trying it just keeps going to other pages and ask if this is helpful when i have followed the same procedures as mentioned in the tutorial/support page. i am done and i dont think i will buy another razer product in my life and this will sit on my desk as a reminder as i cant even return it.

Hello,Recently some keys (random) are double typing, which is very frustrating.I already did a firmware update, reset my keyboard to the default settings, check Windows keyboard settings, cleaned the keyboard.Nothing seems to work.Is there any solution to fix this? Thank you in advance. 

The Bluetooth on my blackwidow V3 Pro just stopped working randomly. I reset the Keyboard, updated the firm, and “removed” the device from my Mac, however now I am not able to discover the keyboard on either a Mac or Windows computer. I tried holding “Fn+1” and “Fn+2” for 5+ seconds but the keyboard is still not showing up on either device.  Any recommendations on troubleshooting the bluetooth issues?

I am not having windows 11 or 10, So none of the Razer keyboards which are currently available seems like it would work well on older windows and all of it are over 200$, I am unhappy Razer is not making budget friendly keyboards, I Loved Razer Cynosa v2 which i got in 2021 but it died on Thursday oct 9 because of the damn wire twists, I saw windows showing, power surge on usb port, unknown usb device requires more power than port can supply, then when I inspected cable, I saw twists has caused the wire to tear, to avoid damage to port and usb controller of motherboard, I Stopped trying ... Hello :)Since this morning my Razer Naga Trinity doesn’t load it’s profile on startup (I realized it when I wanted to clic wheel on a web link and it didn’t work...).I don’t know if it’s Synapse or Chroma or even the mouse that have a problem, but after every reboot I have to manually go into the Synapse OR Chroma application to have my mousewheel clic back…I already tried repair, resync, and reinstall. I don’t know what to do anymore…Any help will be really appreciated.Thank you :)Jason

I lost my the dongle that my white viper v3 pro came with, so I went to the razer store in person and bought a hyperpolling wireless dongleOn the website, it says the dongle is compatible with the viper v3 pro, I tried all of the steps in the link on how to pair it,then i updated my mouse and dongle firmware,then i redownloaded my mouse drivers,i also tried using the pairing utility but it only detects the mouse and not the dongleI dont know what to do

I have a one-year-old Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse that I've used several times with both a wired and wireless connection. However, this week, when I connect it via cable, my computer no longer recognizes the mouse, even though it works perfectly with the wireless adapter. I've also tried connecting it to another device, and the problem persists. Could you give me your opinion or help me with this issue?

I've been using my Razer Viper V3 Pro for about a year without any issues, both in wired and wireless mode. However, this week, the wired connection suddenly stopped working. Whenever I plug the mouse in with a USB cable, my computer doesn't detect it at all, although it continues to work perfectly when connected through the wireless dongle.To rule out a problem with my PC, I also tested the mouse on another device, but the same issue occurred. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My deathadder V2 Pro mouse’s left and right clicks suddenly stopped working. It was fine yesterday. All other buttons works fine and the mouse can be detected at Synapse both wired and wirelessly. It can be detected at the device manager as well. I tried uninstalling the and reinstalling the drivers, removed all razer apps then reinstalled them again, used a different laptop, resetted the mouse to factory settings, none of them worked. What should I do?

I was having similar issues to this person LinkLike this user said the only fix was to disable “Enable audio enhancements” in Signal Enhancements in Windows Audio Properties, but that also completely disables THX Spatial.In my case I usually get audio crackling whenever opening OBS and keeping OBS Open and playing Fortnite usually whenever jumping out of the BusI have the headset and dongle drivers updated to latest version, as well as synapse. 

Need help with my mouse

Hi all, Recently started having issues with my Razer Huntsman Elite. It has started to double/triple input on buttons, and it is affecting general use and gameplay. It had never happened until I updated my synapse software. It usually goes away if i close the software, however I have uninstalled it and it still happens on occasion. I have had the keyboard for just over 2 ½ years, so I do not want to assume it is age.  Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this would be appreciated. Thank you!
