A friend send a card of 50$ Razer gold and it says it has been used and I have other cards been used more than 10 pieces

 Hi i bought my mouse and i can’t even set the dpi i want to use on itI want to be able to set my dpi down to the unit (e.g. 958) but for some reason the app does not allow itThe actual increment is 50 so if the game sens slider does not give much precision I’m screwed with razer is that it?The dumbest thing is there is a function that allows it, but you have to maintain a button pressed down…Just fix this in the razer synapse 4 beta it’s not a big problem to solve plsAllow increment of one if we input the value by hand that’s all

My Razer Basalisk Ultimate started to disconnect and reconnect yesterday. When plugged in it now only works for a few seconds before the synapse software says it is in “sleep mode”. If left for a while it works again, but again only for a seconds. Also when it is placed on the charging dock normally the lights change to represent the charge capacity, but now it is just constantly resetting all the lights along with the keyboard as well.

Doesn't work after firmware update. You cannot even proceed with reinstalling Synapse or Windows.I am a user of an 18 inch blade.The current status is that the red light is blinking and it cannot be operated manually. I hope you resolve this issue quickly.

For some reason, the colors on My Razer Blade 16 (2025) keyboard are progressively showing incorrect colors. I already updated to the latest version of windows, and In Razer synapse nothing dynamic is selected. I also checked windows 11, and nothing dynamic is set there either. This has been happening for quite a while and its just getting worse, so its becoming a bit concerning.  My settings match what is in the link below:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13693/~/my-razer-device-has-rgb-lighting-issues. I’ve done a search and it seems like this may be a common issue with Razer’s?

I've got the Keyboard listed in the title and after some time the keyboard will stop registering keystrokes even though light is on. The issue only occurred after updating to --Firmware v1.01.09_r1-- If support could send me the new beta firmware update  --v1.03.0_r1-- that would be greatly appreciated and would fix this issue I'm having.

My Huntsman V2 TKL flashes green on boot, enters rainbow demo mode, and ignores keypresses on multiple PCs. Manual Esc+Caps+Space reset is not overriding the mode.

Hello,I purchased a used Razer headset and I have the original 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. However, when I try to activate it with my Razer account, I receive a message saying that the code has already been used.The code was activated by the previous owner and is linked to their Razer account. I no longer have access to that account.The headset is now mine and I can provide the serial number and photos of the headset if required.Is it possible to unlink the 7.1 Surround Sound license from the previous owner's account and transfer it to my Razer account, or issue a replacement activation code?Thank you for your help.

The issue occurs in multiple different games, so it does not appear to be specific to one game. As the title says, I have a Razer Blade 16” running Windows 10, fully up to date when it comes to the windows updates. It came to my attention that the Intel i9 needed a revision update and in order to update it I need to update my BIOS firmware since that revision is apparently included in the BIOS update. I followed all the steps and when it came to disabling BitLocker, the most I could do was run a CMD Prompt command to disable it, but upon further investigation I realized BitLocker doesn’t even exist in the current Windows 10 update. So I’m just here looking for a solution, how can I update my BIOS?  

Hello all,I like to buy an extra of each razer product that I use when I see them on sale. In 2020 I bought a brand new tartarus v2 and never opened it until today. Since i actually bought it over 2 years ago, it’s out of warranty now.Out of the box, it’s not working. Only a few keys work - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, caps lock, alt, scroll wheel, and the d-pad. The rest press down fine, but don’t result in an input. Remapping them in synapse doesn’t do anything. It’s plugged directly into the computer. I’ve tried 3 different USB ports including USB 2 and 3. I’ve updated my computer, drivers, and synapse. I’ve restarted my computer.Anyone have any ideas on a fix?Thanks

I got the mouse about a week or so ago and it’s been fine but then the light on the top of the mouse went and it just started to refuse to connect. It says something about it malfunctioning and to try again. I tried about twenty times before coming here.

Hi guys,I received a Razer BlackShark V2 X USB gaming headset for my birthday today to use on my ps5 (original). When its plugged in i can hear my own voice through the ear pads, I'm wondering how to change that. I've never experienced this issue with other headsets on my ps5 regardless of whether they are USB, wireless or standard 3.5mm jack wired.This issue occurs from the moment the ps5 boots up and persists through games and parties with friends.Any advice would appreciated, sorry if I've not given enough information, im happy to provide any more if needed

Hey i got a problem recently my scroll click in mice stopped working on mechanical side of it the switches work just fine i tried cleaning it with compressed air but it still doesnt work already tried fresh synapse install drivers install and i dont know what else i could do

Hi All,I have a razer keyboard (blackwidow v3), a razer mouse (naga trinity) and an asrock motherboard with ARGB cpu fan.I have installd the asrock argb controller and it is controlled by the razer chroma app.When I log in my session, there is a delay but things works in the end (about a minute after logging).My wife also uses my computer and has a dedicated session.My question, is how do I make the lights work on her session too ? Do I install reazer on her profile and recreate everything ? When I did that, the keyboard stopped working when entering the other session and I had to plug/unplug the keyboard to make it work again.I also tried to use windows automatic lighting, with no success.I’m a bit lost, so if you have any ideas on to how to make this work, that would be much appreciated.

I realize this is old, and likely upsupported, but the machine is still working great (bought direct from Razer and still going strong). Using Rufus, updated to win11; needed some intel driver updates to get Bluetooth working (needed 2 intel drivers and the bluetooth to get rid of pci simple communications device warning to go away.) The only thing not working: the trackpad works as a mouse with pointer, but doesn’t recognize 2 finger scroll. I think it shows up in device manager as a hid-compliant mouse (there are 2 mice, and no trackpad listed in devices.) The firmware updater won’t run at all unfortunately. Any suggestions on where to find a synaptics driver (win 10 would likely work)? Haven’t had any luck with so-called driver updater softwere.
