Just bought a Razer Wolverine v3 tournament edition. Unboxed it. Downloaded the razer app on my Xbox. Plugged it in and it wont get picked up by the system . Light flashes green then solid white. But the system doesbt register it. Neither does the app. Can't even use my new controller. I tried different ports. Restarted my Xbox. Nothing works.

Hi!I have a Razer blade 16” 2023 laptop that I haven’t been using over the summer. Today when I tried turning it on nothing happens. I did some research and read something about it being in a deep sleep state to protect the battery, but how do I ”wake” it again?I’ve tried doing the power reset where you hold the power button while it’s charging and then unplug it, but that doesn’t work either. Do you guys have any tips?Thanks!

Dear Razer Community, I am interested in purchasing a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset with splitter, but I have a question about using it on Linux. I understand that Razer Synapse is not supported on Linux, but I am wondering if there is any way to enable the 7.1 surround sound feature on the headset using Wine or another third-party software. In a second option, I am open to other recommendations for headsets that have built-in 7.1 surround sound and that work perfectly with Linux.

I just bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X White Edition 3.5mm headset and it says the product has already been registered. I bought it off AliExpress through an authorized seller, Ive contacted AliExpress too but I would much rather get this 7.1 to work than have a refund. Could anyone be of any help here?

Hi, i have a problem with my wirelless connection. It was working fine until now, when suddenly dongle stopped working. It seems it died. I have bought the mouse from other guy so i probably dont have active warranty. Is there any way to buy a new dongle in Europe (the white one)? Or any troubleshoting what should i try? I was working fine and in second it was gone. I tried other UBS ports 3.0 and 2.0 and still not working. Computer even does not make the connection USB sound.

The mouse can working with usb cable but the can not working with wireless adapter, just happened today when I was playing game, I tried replug the wireless adapter and reset the mouse, nothing happened, the wireless adapter can not be recognized by the computer. I have tried all the self repair steps, but the pc can not recognize the wifi usb adapter so I can not do anything with the usb adapter which the problem is. Btw, this happened on my laptop as well which means the use adapter broke itself :(

Hello I purchase a Razer Blackshark V2 X product, I am not able to access the activation key to use 7.1, when I go to register my product it says that it has already been registered, probably someone must have registered, how do I have access to the key?  

my product number is needs 16 letters or number and when i look under my mouse its 15 letters or numbers ? 

i bought Razer gold from 7-11, when i come back home to reload it, it say :“The PIN has already been redeemed.” the receipt still on my hand, what can i do? 

Hi,my Blackshark V3 Pro randomly started to just not work with the Hyperspeed Wireless and the Bluetooth. Since then I can only use it with the USB cable.What I already tried:turning it on and off multiple times (propalby 200 times in the last two months)updating the firmware

recently bought the white v3 pro , already had the black one, been using them wirelessly without an issue,(on synapse 3) then used the white one for a few days using the cable for the faster response time, going back to dongle .. it connects for about 2 seconds then just turns off , after wasting ages trying to figure it out i grabbed my black one, which i could see has 50% battery .. works fine plugged in, again as soon as I put in the black dongle and turn it on, stays on for 2 seconds then turns off .. is this a synapse glitch as never had this problem with synapse 3? was getting ready to return my white one but now seeing both of mine doing it, on 2 different pcs , this is not a ME or one controller problem , about to uninstall synapse 4 and see if it makes any diff . Anyone else having this issue that was able to fix it ? Ok didnt think to test this before but just checked in xbox series X and exactly the same thing, dongle in, controller on, xbox flashes as it detects it for a sp

BIOS version is 1.08.When Secure Boot is enabled, the system immediately shows:“Secure Boot Violation – Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup.”Windows boots normally with Secure Boot disabled.I have already run SFC and DISM successfully, rebuilt the EFI boot files with BCDBOOT, verified that bootmgfw.efi is Microsoft-signed and valid, confirmed the EFI System Partition is healthy, verified the UEFI boot entry, installed the applicable Intel security firmware update, and loaded BIOS optimized defaults.The Secure Boot PK, KEK, DB and DBX variables are all present. The problem persists after all of these steps.Could you provide the appropriate BIOS/Secure Boot firmware recovery or re-provisioning procedure for RZ09-0330x

Hey all,I recently bought a Razer Huntsman V3 HE TKL about 5 days ago and I noticed that sometimes the keyboard is pressing keys by itself?For example, when I play cs2 the escape key would be pressed, or in league of legends the f5 and escape key would be pressed even though I didn't press the keys.I have factory reset the board, updated to latest keyboard firmware, deleted the keyboard from device manger, switched profiles (factory and fps) and tested with and without Razer Synapse installed and the problem still occurs. I have also pulled up the keycaps to check if there are dust. So far nothing has helped.

Hello. So, I had only recently bought my Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro keyboard (about a week, two weeks ago) and I’ve been running into the issue of my left ctrl, window, and alt keys not working. I do not know if this is a faulty switch or a firmware issue; I’ve tried my own research, looked some stuff online, but none of it really worked. Closing out Razer Synapse didn’t solve much, nor did trying to uninstall the device from Device Manager. For context, the keys just do not work. They’re present, and they glow with the LEDs and all that, but when Chroma is active, whenever I press those three buttons they do not register the same way as the rest of the keyboard or my mouse. Heck, they don't register at all, so I would like to know the issue behind this product I purchased so I can properly use it. Please, and thank you.
