I have been unable to use the product I paid for.Please investigate this issue and provide me with a full refund or a replacement gift card with a valid, unused code.I can provide my order number and screenshots of the error message as evidence.I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.

Model #: RZ06-0058 I recently got this controller and am using it on PS5 with the wireless usb dongle. The mute button seems to only mute the controller’s built in mic, or mics connected via wire directly to the controller. It does not mute in the PS5 itself and so it does not mute a mic/speaker that is connected to the PS5 and a normal PS5 controller would.If this is the intended design then that really isn’t helpful and if rather inconvenient. I have confirmed the controller and dongle are on the latest firmware, and i don’t have any apparent connection/wiring issues.

Hi, I been using the headset wireless for a long time but suddenly it doesn’t connect to ps5 anymore, firmware is up to date and it DOES connect to pc via dongle, issue is just with ps5.(I know I have to switch it to wireless with the button on the right)

Need firmware for the microphone controller for the Razer Elite series.

I know I’m probably the 100th person to ask this, but I got my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro PlayStation Edition yesterday and I’m really happy with it, except for the constant hissing noise when no audio is playing. Is there any way to get rid of it by now? I’ve already turned sidetone all the way off. 

I bought Razer Barracuda X long ago and hdn no trouble like that. Only sometimes I had to reconnect the dongle because it won't show up. Now dongle shows up only as "other device" and has no information about it. I have tried deleting it from device manager, used firmware updater and pairing utility (it didn't work since dongle is not recognised properly), tried updating my OS and also restored earlier versions of it. I also found no working solutions in other threads. How can I fix that issue (preferably without reinstalling Windows)?

Ive had this razer viper v2 pro quite a while and recently the dongle has stopped being recognized at all by my PC, it doesnt appear in device manager, there is not connected tune when pluggin it in, and no software recognizes the dongle. What can I do?

I have followed the official instructions to register a Razer ID and complete product binding, but I still have not received the activation code email for the 7.1 surround sound. This prevents me from using the purchased feature and affects the overall experience. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.  

Hi All,Today my Cooling Pad has started flashing red. No idea why, Hoping for some guidance?Steps PerformedTried Firmware Update - Firmware update detected the pad, but already on the Latest Its detected by Synapse 4, but showing as powered off I have disconnected from laptop and power with no luck I have uninstalled all razer apps, rebooted and then re-installed, again Synapse detects the cooling pad but marked as powered off. Also detected USB devices attached to the cooling pad I have moved usb ports on the laptop for the pad - Didn’t help I have removed usb devices from the Cooling Pad Hub - Didn’t HelpI have ran out of idea’sAny guidance would be appreciated  

I just got a brand new Razer Basilisk gaming mouse a few minutes ago - plugged it in, and installed the software however while doing so, ever so often my mouse cursor keeps freezing but then I move my mouse cursor again which then moves the cursor. I have tried calibrating my mouse to the surface I am using (not a razer product) and although it made a slight difference, it didn't stop the issue from occurring all the time. Like since I have been writing this post, this issue has occurred probably 7 times, which should not happen to a brand new product I have been using for minutes. If anyone knows how to fix this or what setting I need to change for this to stop happening, please let me know as this issue can get quite frustrating considering I just bought and used the mouse!

I cant sign in to my razer synapse app. I had changed the password and tried again but nothing again. But on the site i can log in. When i put the password to loggin it opens the app for a sec and then it closes and says reconnect

i’ve done the bios update butn since then i ban’t enable the secure boot in bios keys and i’ve tried with the backup as well byt i keet receiving the same message. the laptop it’s a razer blade 14 RZ09-0370

The latest update 1.7.162 has removed the exit button. This was working before the update. I have to force close the app now and some of the button updates do not save or stop working. I have two wolverines ultimate's,  same issue on both.
