authentication not founf

I've been having trouble loggin in the 7.1 surround sound software for quite a while after I have received my razer kraken x. Whenever I login the software of 7.1 surround sounds it takes to the the website of razer and it says that I am logged in. But when i go back to the software it always says authentication not found and what I am using to login in is the google account one. This has been stressing me out because I just want to activite the surround sound with my code. I hope razer can see this and help me with my problem.

    Were there any changes made to your system before the issue? Let's try to isolate the behavior by reinstalling your 7.1 Surround sound software, then restart your PC. Also, I'd appreciate it if you can send a screenshot showing the error via PM so I can see things from your perspective. Save the file via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message.
