BEWARE OF FAKE RAZER SUPPORT STAFF | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

It has come to our attention that there are people posing as fake Razer Support agents. Please do not engage with them and provide them with any information. We will be doing our best to route these users out. In the meantime, the best way to protect yourself is to check who you are engaging with.

All of our Support Agents will have a little gear icon next to their names in the forum conversations. They will also only ask you to email razer.com domains. So, if someone is asking you to email an outlook, gmail or any other email domain other than razer.com, please report them immediately.

If you don’t see an icon or are unsure, please reach out to myself or any of our Vanguards to confirm that who you are communicating with is our official support staff.

Thank you.

No they have support staff helping on this website.  But yes razer.com is great option or the razer portal website as well that records all the cases for customer support.

They aren't helping lmao. They take conversations to DMs and lock threads to silence issues instead of doing proper support. Check razer subreddit.

This is an important reminder! It’s crucial to stay vigilant against scams, especially when seeking support. Always verify that you're communicating with official Razer agents by looking for the gear icon and checking email domains. Protecting your personal information is key, so if anything feels off, don’t hesitate to report it. Thanks for sharing this info!

I won't blame the fake Razer agents when Razer has a poor customer service support itself

lol… but they won’t help you… they’ll try to scam and rip all the money/gold.

I never said they would help. Try to read and understand, not read and defend. If Razer customer service are doing their jobs right and takes customers welfare serious, then poor customers won't need to fall for scammers.

Vice versa :)

I apologize if I seem aggressive in my words. I'm just frustrated with the whole situation of losing money and getting no help from the customer service
