Blackwidow V4 Pro 75% command dial error in wired mode

jdodge21

Sometimes when I charge this keyboard in wired mode it will not save my custom command dial settings and instead only let me cycle the default 8 with none of the custom ones available, this has also persisted across 2 versions of this same device (rma from first) Only fix I have found is to unplug and plug the USB C back in. Firmware is up to date as well. But this is only a temporary fix as the issue does eventually come back until I repeat the "fix"

And when it occurs what Synapse 4 shows (how many custom command dials are enabled)?

I have a different problem on mine: every PC start when I use scroll near OLED screen to change volume, it’ll automatically change to the next OLED screen (play/pause/forward for eg). This has been reported few times months ago to Razer Support, and still no fix available.

Keyboard is fantastic, but bugged as hell...

I have the same problem as you with the volume wheel, which changes to dial 2, I have reported it and nothing, it's been like that for months. A 350€ keyboard and they don't deign to put an update to fix it. Then I had to return the new kraken (400€) because I could no longer hear a helmet. I returned a deathadder for failures in the wheel... a new viper for a double click sensation in the right click...I think that the quality control of these products are nefarious, next purchases I make will be logitech that I had them for more than 5 years and not a single problem, but I wanted to try razer. I do not recommend it at all.
