Would like a solution to this as I’m having the same issue as of yesterday. Less than a week old and scroll just stopped working

My v3 scroll wheel randomly stopped working 

when i first start my pc my mouse scroll still works 15 minutes later. after 15 minutes it starts not working anymore. what should i do to fix it

I have the same issue. Everything works except the scrolling itself. I have ordered a new scroll wheel from eBay, and that didn’t solve the issue. I think the firmware just kinda pooped itself. I hope they fix it really soon because it’s a fuc…. really expensive mouse to be in a state like this.

I just had this problem start yesterday I have also done everything you’ve done and it didn’t fix mine either, it was working yesterday when I opened my computer for about around 2-3 hours and then stopped working. Razor please fix this issue

My basilisk v3 suddenly stop working not able to function. Seems the mouse keep on getting connect and disconnect intermitent. Not sure whats happening. Not able to detect by pc and synapse. Not able to reset it

Same issue.  Basilisk v3 randomly stops working, scroll wheel works maybe 10% of the time, very frustrating.  This mouse wasn’t cheap, haven’t had it more than ~12-18 months.  Like the original poster, I tried:

• Plugging into a different USB port
• Closing down Synapse and trying to scroll
• Updating the mouse firmware
• Resetting the device via Synapse

WHERE IS THE FIX???

I’ve had mine 3 years, and it stopped working. Is there a way to get replacement parts?

I'm experiencing the same issue. I have a Basilisk V3 Pro that was working perfectly two days ago, but suddenly, the scroll wheel stopped functioning yesterday. I can no longer scroll up or down, though all other features are working fine.

I just started with this issue today, I’ve had mine for a while now and out of nowhere the scroll wheel started flashing red and stopped scrolling whatsoever. Everything else works but that

I have the same problem since yesterday. My old Logitech mouse works just fine so i assume it’s a software issue.

Update: I tested the mouse on my Macbook → same result. So unfortunately it seems to be a hardware issue :(
So basically this mouse did well for three years, but that’s not good enough.
