I cant change any of the M1-M6 Keys through razer synapse. My mouse key binds changed jut fine.  Every time I try to do one of my keyboard key binds and click save I see just this spinning circle.

Keyboard is Razer Blackwidow V4 X

Have tried uninstalling and using the razer drive clean up. Nothing has worked.

This is so aggravating. This keyboard is almost useless cause synapse 3 will not work with it.  I have googled and tried everything.

I’m having the exact same problem too.

Hi,

I have the same problem too with a Razer Blackwidow V4 X, on Windows 10.

The wait image near the profile doesn't stop to turn... Maybe Synapse cannot finish the save action.

Same here. Also Hypershift functions (Fn + button) are not working. Additionally, the keyboard roller working like a mouse wheel (scroll up/down) instead of adjusting volume.

I have the same behaviour of the keyboard roller but if I kill Synapse in the task bar, the roller works again with the volume.

same problem here, any solution?

same issue here

1) cannot set macro, cannot change keybind. When click save, always stuck at the spinning circle.

2) Hypershift functions (Fn + button) are not working. Additionally, the keyboard roller working like a mouse wheel (scroll up/down) instead of adjusting volume. If I exit Synapse in the task bar, the roller works again with the volume.

Will razer even attempt to fix this issue?

Very disappointing purchase.

Same problem with Razer Blackwidow V4 X.

Also volume wheel works incorrectly when synapse is ON.

Good news everyone - the latest update to Razer’s Synapse v20231208 has resolved the issue.

I have now no problems attaching macros or functions, etc to the M1-M6 keys on the Blackwidow V4 keyboard.

Yipee!

Hello everyone, I can confirm that everything is working fine after the update, thank you all!
