I recently but some Razer Gold gift cards today worth $1000 and 4 out of the 5 cards i bought got damaged and I could not read the PIN on them, I have reached out to support but I am not getting any needed help so any assistance or a means to escalate my issue would be of great help. Thanks

Okay thanks, but has that worked for you before ?….because it seems like I am never able to get an agent at live chat, I usually get replied by a bot. I also tried submitting a ticket and it says that in around 1 working day max, I would get a response. It has been a few days now and I still have not gotten any response from them..
