Deathadder v2 pro won't work with 2.4 usb dongle

Hello, I've had my deathadder v2 pro for about a year and the 2.4 wirless dongle never had any issues until recently. Last week it would disconnect when connected to the 2.4 usb but re-connect after I had turned it off and back on.

I checked the firmware update and the USB and mouse are up to date. Resetting the mouse doesn't seem to help either. I got lucky earlier today and thought it was fixed as the mouse started working again after what must have been the 3rd reset.

But shortly it disconnected again. I tried using control panel in windows to roll back the drivers, un-install synapse and the mouse from my computer. Re-install with synapse 4 and still have had no luck. I can only use the mouse while it's connected. Would the 2.4 usb be the issue in this case?

I think the issue is with the 2.4 DA v2 PRO dongle. I can't seem to find a replacement for the part on this site. Though. Or does any 2.4 dongle work? Would love to know a good place i can buy one new.

Got the same issue here. It worked for some time fine until now. I’m able to use cable only. It’s 100% dongle problem. In pc manager and dongle pluged, manager is refreshing all the time. I’ve updated mouse and others firmware, no change notice.

I did a live chat and they said they could send out a replacement for my dongle since it was still under warranty.

Wow I have found this thread after receiving a brand new DA V2 Pro and having issues connecting the dongle, its just not detected by my PC when I plug it in. I really dont know what to do with it, mouse is brand new.

Worked with their support and they replaced my mouse. Best to open a ticket with them and have that done. Doesn't seem like there is a fix for this.
