Good afternoon. I was given RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X headphones.
The problem is that to activate them in the 7.1 SURROUND SOUND program, an activation code is required. To do this, I went to the website https://www.razer.com / and entered serial number: HN2121D13401703 and product number: RZ04-03240100-R3M1. But the website says that such a product has already been registered. How do I get the 7.1 SURROUND SOUND activation code?

New units are never registered. It may be fake or it may be used unit - this happens with the units bought on temu/aliexpress/3rd party sellers on amazon.

The headphones are not new. But there is no way to get the code from the former owner.
