I cant register razer blackshark v2x

Hello Support i need help cant register razer blackshark v2x it said already registred although i buy it new but through a 2nd hand seller when i try to register it tells me its already registered but when i try to look it up on 7.1 surround sound exactly in this link “https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/surround-sound/index” it tells me that you should first register the your device

Return it as it may be fake. Get it from more viable source (eg. official distributor).

@FiszPL i dont think it’s fake because when i type my s/n in the register section it automaticly give me the right p/n

Fake peripherals also use legit serial numbers (stolen) so I disagree.

but i saw a lot of people having the same problem, you check your self by typing “I cant register razer blackshark v2x”

Lot of people are buying the cheapest ones from Aliexpress or 3rd party sellers on Amazon for eg.

There are many fakes online. New devices are NEVER registered. I’d return and get the money back, buy it at the distributor.

unfortunately i cant buy it through the official distributor because we dont have one in algeria, but even if there are many people had the same problem i saw them get this bug fixed because i think its just a bug

It’s not a bug, it’s just people selling fakes.
