Hello,I’ve been a loyal Razer user for many years and a big fan of the brand. My entire setup is made up of Razer products — mouse, keyboard, headset, mouse mat and even a Razer laptop (although my current main system is not). I’ve always had excellent experiences with your quality and support. Recently, my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed suddenly stopped moving the cursor. The scroll wheel and buttons still work perfectly, but the pointer doesn’t move in either 2.4 GHz or Bluetooth mode. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Replaced the battery and cleaned the optical sensor; Performed the physical reset (left + right click + scroll wheel);Tested on multiple computers and USB ports;Ran the firmware updater, but the mouse is not detected;The blue light on the DPI button keeps blinking continuously. Everything points to an internal failure in the sensor or firmware.

I just bought my Razer Barracuda X (2022) and the issue is that if I charged it while it is turned OFF, the battery doesn’t go up even though it shows that it is charging (red blinking) and then battery full (green blinking). In order for the battery to go up is I need to charge it while it is turned ON. So I reported this to the retailer and they replaced the headset with a new one (2023) but the problem still the same.  Is this a problem or is this how you charge a Barracuda X headset (while it is turned ON)?

Hello! I'm having trouble changing the lighting in Chroma Studio. Sometimes, the lighting doesn't change on one or more connected devices, and the previous mode remains. Wolverine v3 Pro NO 500hz mode wireless?

I have tried everything I could find on the support site, google and Gemini. My Nommo speakers will work as well as the Clio but not all together. It is either one or the other. Can anyway help? I have changed settings in windows sound settings based on some guidance I received online so I am unsure if I complicated the issue.Thank youSteven

Generally the Leviathan V2 will encounter this detection problem if there is an interruption in power delivery when it’s powered on, I tested this to be true by unplugging it from the wall while its turned on and connected to my pc.Make sure that your plugging the leviathan directly to the wall and not in an extension cable to help avoid this issue from happening randomly.But if it occurs, I found one replicable way to fix the the issue:Press + and - volume buttons and  the power button together until it powers off to perform a hard reset. Unplug all cables (Typically; Power, USB C and Subwoofer) Hold the power button briefly to drain power (you may see a slight power flash in the RGB) Plug only the power back in, turn it on and test the source switch button (furthest left button), if it freely switches from green to blue then your good to go. If it does not, repeat the steps until it does, it takes me usually around

I’ve had a Razer BlackWidow V4 keyboard since December 2025. Recently, I’ve noticed that when I lightly press the “D” key, four or five letters appear instead of one. This doesn’t happen all the time, but it occurs occasionally. The “Shift” key sometimes stops working, but not always. Is this a technical issue after such a long time? Maybe it’s a settings issue? I have a Razer Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed (65%) and it just started double imputing when I hit spacebar. Removed and uninstalled device in device manager, reinstalled firmware etc. No luck. Any fix?

Hello All, I am experiencing an issue where the moment Razer Synapse launches, my Numpad 1 (Keypad 1 – VK_NUMPAD1, scan code 0x4F) stops registering input across all applications.The top-row “1” key works normally.The Numpad 1 key works correctly in all applications until Synapse is opened, at which point it immediately stops working.I have confirmed:No key bindings, macros, or Hypershift mappings are assigned NumLock behavior does not affect the issue The issue occurs across two different keyboards (Razer Ornata and Razer BlackWidow) The issue occurs across two different PCs (Ryzen 7 / RTX 4070 and i9-10900 / RTX 4090)Most importantly:Terminating RazerAppEngine.exe immediately restores functionality of the Numpad 1 keyThis suggests the issue is related to Synapse’s input handling rather than hardware or configuration.Any guidance or fix would be appreciated.

When pressing the power button, the laptop displays the logo then turns off and restarts automatically, repeating 2 or 3 times. Then laptop works fine 

Was working fine yesterday. Just stopped typing. Keys are lit up, volume control works, but no other key works seemingly out of nowhere. Have had the board for about a year maybe less. Synapse recognizes that it in fact plugged in and connected. Tried basically everything I could think of. Updated firmware, software, tried with Uninstaller synapse, different USB ports, restart pc, Uninstaller drivers etc Frustrating from an expensive piece of equipment. 

Hey so I lost the charger and I need to update the controller where would I be able to get a replacement charger or get one that would be compatible with the controller 

My wired deathadder V2 seemed to have dead spots on my old mousepads, so I switched to a new white one and it completely won’t track. Buttons work as per normal and tracking on my table is fine. But once it’s on mousepad it won’t work. Any idea how to fix? 

My $300 razer gold stuck on activation ,the system shutdown,so the activation is not completed,i need it activated so i can use it (removed invoice) 

Hi,  I’ve purchased the following model of mouse and I'm experiencing an issue - shortly after installing the software and making a slight change to the dpi option, the mouse doesn’t work as it should. I’ve tried various options to hardware reset / software reset the mouse to no avail, I've literally had the mouse for under a day and I'm about to return it but wanted to give this forum a try?Can someone confirm the following:If there is a hardware reset - what is the process?if the firmware has issues, what’s the latest version of the firmware?I’ve never come across a situation like this where a mouse I've purchased and received less than 24 hours ago borks out like this.

I just purchased a Razer Blade 14 2025 and I’ve noticed there’s a grainy effect on the screen, especially on grey backgrounds. Is this normal? Does anyone else have the same problem?  

I would like to buy a replacement base for my Enki X chair but I can’t seem to submit a ticket since it’s out of warranty. The welding broke on one of the legs like many other people have reported. I’d rather buy one through here if possible than get a third party fix. (removed serial number)Is the serial number.

Hello. In December 2025, I purchased a Black Widow v4 Pro keyboard. A while ago, I noticed that when I press the “D” key, it types the letter ‘D’ three times instead of just once. My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset disconnects while running at 2.4GHz, making beeping sounds, then turns back on. I've tried everything: plugging it in everywhere, downloading and closing the app, deleting it, changing the sound settings – I've tried everything. Please help.

I have problem with my wolverine v2 wired controller, the controller receives power, but flashes twice and fails to connect, i’ve tried every oort on my xbox but it is never detected, its infuriating and I havent seen any real solution yet and i’m worried, is it a physical problem? And if so why does the controller receive power but not connect?
