Why i cant bind side buttons to the for example Mouse Button 6-9 on the 12 butto wheel even more? i can only bind it for alfanumeric or numeric button but i want only to “mouse button x only buttons which i can bind is MB 1-4 why? can u add this to the binds options?

Brands like ATK, GameSir, Fantech, and Flydigi are examples of this.As a Razer Wolverine V3 user, I was disappointed, deeply surprised, and shocked to find that the "Turbo" feature is completely missing from Razer Synapse and unavailable on a high-end flagship controller like the Wolverine V3.Please improve your software support to include this functionality.Best regards.

Hi, I purchased my iskur chair V1 last 2024 and sadly needs replacement. The  bar that holds the lift function broke and now the chair is wobbly. No warranties for those chair anymore. Hoping I could just buy a replacement part for this. Thanks! 

I lost the dongle for my Barracuda X Chroma. I was told that if I buy a replacement dongle, I can connect it to my computer and use the headset again. Could you please let me know if I can indeed use my existing headset by purchasing a new dongle, and also tell me where I can buy one?

On July 20th of this year I started using the mouse for the first time and the app said it was 100% charged when I started it. Today, July 29th, I opened the app and my battery was 51%.The settings are: 400 DPI and 1000 Hz polling rate.I use the mouse all day every day, both in games and at work.So it turns out that I will need to change the battery every 3 weeks? or is there something wrong here?

Hi Razer Support Team,I purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset, but the included USB Type-C wireless dongle has suddenly stopped working.Here are the details of the issue and what I have experienced: Issue Overview: The headset fails to connect wirelessly via the USB-C dongle. The dongle is no longer recognized by my device, and the headset cannot establish a wireless audio connection. When it started: Yesterday during a discord call halfway it suddenly disconnect and not be able to connect back to my PC so i did a restart of the PC and still not able to connect back, the headset light keep flashing blue. Troubleshooting Steps Already Attempted: Tested the dongle on multiple USB ports (and via the USB-A extension cable/adapter). Tested the dongle on a different device such as PC and Phone. Hey I am having an installation issue with Razer Synapse 4.  I’ve been using Razer Synapse 3 for a few years but this week starting running into issues with it being very slow and figured it’s time to upgrade to Synapse 4 since 3 is no longer supported. Unfortunately, I am having an issue with the installation. Once I download the Installer and open it up, I hit continue and then I get a blank screen that doesn’t allow me to process. For reference:What I’ve tried so far:Clear appdata for Razer Deleting Razer Installation Folder (C:\Windows\Installer\Razer) Uninstalling Razer Synapse 3 and all Razer software Clearing all Razer tasks in task manager Deleting the Synapse Installer and reinstalling from the Razer websiteAny help would be great as I use a Razer Naga mouse and go back and forth between different profiles frequently, and haven’t been able to do so. Thanks! 

Is it not possible to edit multiple delays at one time in the macro module? Why can’t you paste numbers? Manually having to type everything and not being able to edit multiple delays in one go is backward from previous Synapse versions.

I'm trying to log into the 7.1 Surround Sound app to set up these new headphones I bought but whenever I try typing in my email and password it will load and then give me a “No authentication found” error message. I tried logging in as a guest too but that hasn't worked either. My headphones that I had before just broke last night so I bought these razer krakens as a replacement but they wont even play audio without me setting this app thing up. I checked the razer server status and no errors there either. I'm just confused and want my new headphones to work I got the activation code and everything all set up but I cant even log in to get them to work and I feel like I'm going crazy.

Hi, recently i got the problem that my internal 4k Display only runs on 1920x1200 i dont have any higher option anymore. I tried multiple clean installs of the Graphics Driver etc. After gedevice manager it says unknown display device. Can anyone pls send me the driver for the Display (NOT THE GPU). Hope anyone with a working Book13 reads this. Thanks

razer barracuda x razer dongle replacement

I purchased the core v2 for my laptop, I have a 2080 super from my other desktop. I am trying to get the 2080 super to work on the laptop but it is not detecting it. The laptop is a MSI GS65 Stealth Thin 8RF. Please help. It isn't being detected in razer synapse, and the gpu is detected in device manager, but I cannot get it to display on the monitor that is connected to the EGPU

Hello I bought Blackwidow v4 pro low-profile keyboard just yesterday and out of the box it is not charging at all. It stays on 1% after being on charger for 4hours an if I unplug the cable it dies after few seconds. I have newes firmware, tried reinstaling keyboard drivers, try charging it trought another cable and trought mobile charger and nothing helps.

Hi there, I bought a racer barracuda 2 years ago and now the singe has given up the ghost altogether. I have tested it on two other computers and tried to reinstall firmware but it seems to be completely dead.   My USB C port definitely does work and I’m super disappointed because I’ve loved this headset and treated it with the utmost care.    can you please help me get replacement  dongle?? 

My leviathan v2 speakers have been working great for a while now and all of the sudden, stopped working, they turn on and the source light is green, but my pc no longer detects the speakers whatsoever. i also cannot change them to bluetooth to connect my phone to them. i just cannot get anything out of them. i have tried updating the firmware but in order to do this, the device needs to be in bluetooth mode so i cannot update, i have tried reinstalling synapse and restarting my pc but still no luck. i left it a couple of days and suddenly the source light was solid red and pressing the buttons or holding them did nothing, i switched it off at the wall and then back on and im back to them being able to turn on and off but still cannot get them in bluetooth mode or cannot get my pc to recognise them.

Hi,I’m experiencing a strange issue with my wired Razer DeathAdder V3 mouse.After powering on or restarting my PC, Razer Polling Rate Tester shows the mouse running at 125 Hz, even though Synapse 4 is set to 1000 Hz. If I manually set the polling rate to 2000 Hz, the tester shows 250 Hz, and when I set it to 8000 Hz, it actually shows 1000 Hz.Additionally, once it settles at 1000 Hz, pressing the DPI button on the underside of the mouse (for example, switching to 800 DPI) causes the polling rate to drop back down to 125 Hz.After that, it seems to stay at 1000 Hz regardless of which polling rate option I select, as long as I don’t change the DPI setting.At first, I suspected my ASUS Z790-F motherboard’s USB 2.0 ports might be causing the issue, but the same behavior happens when I connect the mouse to a USB 3.1 blue port.I have already updated the mouse firmware to v1.02.00_r1.Has anyone experienced a similar issue or know what could be causing this? Hello, I have an issue with my left click button (Viper v3 PRO). It’s suddenly disabled in Razer Synapse 3  and I am unable to use nor reassign the left click button anymore. I’ve tried with another mouse (Deathadder v2) and the left click button is still not working. I’ve tried to assign the left click function to another button, then the left click button is enabled, but I am still unable to click on the mouse. new drivers reinstalled tried the new ver 4 software still nothing... looks like a software issue may be ...How can I fix this issue? How did this happ’n been fine for years till now
