Hi i just bought the kraken v4 pro today and everything works well except the screensaver i’m trying to have it off but it kind of reverse to the razer logo after some time i’ve tried everything the hub and headset are up to date i’ve selected no screensaver in synapse but it comes back and even tho no screensaver is selected in synapse i need to manually go in the hub setting and select screensaver off i just tested it and it seems everytime i turn the headset off and back on the screensaver goes back to razer logo instead of staying off like it was before it was turned off

I bought this headset today and plugged it in, let the firmware updates run and finish. The audio comes out really muffled and flat despite bass boost or any other eq options. I have already tried cycling all the eq presets and repaired synapse once. I have also checked the windows audio options and did not see anything suspicous.Any more advice on this?

I lost my detachable mic for my razer blackshark v3 for PlayStation. My little brother asked if he could play and I said sure, he ended up messing with my headset and detached the mic, he thought he broke it because he didn’t know it could detach. He ended up throwing it away because he didn’t want to get in trouble. After he was done playing I wanted to hop on the game with him and I asked him what happens to the mic and he explained and I went looking in the trash but forgot I took it to the curb and the garbage truck took it. please if I could get a replacement I would be more than happy and grateful.

Hi, I am using a hyperpolling wireless dongle with my razer Naga v3 Pro. But there is an issue with key mapping on the side plates. When I map any keys on the side plate and press the key on my mouse, the output is incorrect. It looks as though it has never been set. It is outputting the default key.  This doesn’t happen if I”m using the regular dongle that came with the mouse. Any assistance would be appreicated.

My Razer laptop Blade (RZ09-0423  2022) is overheating immediately upon start up. It is out of warranty. I cleaned and changed the thermal paste using PTM 7950. The laptop is clean. The fans work. It is used in a cool dry space. My best diagnostic is that the vapor chamber is broken. So many questions Is Razer vapor chamber breaks as common as I read in chats?This is still a good laptop otherwise hardly used memory. Is this a Razer problem? Is this recall worthy?How long should a vapor chamber last?I have kept the fans clean. What causes a vapor chamber to break?This appears common for these computers.The fix costs as much as a new computer. What do I do? Is there any support?

Just bought the Razer Hammerhead HyperSpeed for Xbox to connect to my Windows 10 PC for gaming and work since I prefer earbuds to headsets.Not sure if I am reading the manual correctly so I set the earbuds to hyperspeed mode and the dongle to USB mode, plugged in the dongle to my PC's usb c port (which is tested working with other stuff) but nothing.Thought I got a faulty dongle as bluetooth works fine on my android phone and on the andriod app there is no prompt to update firmware. So I thought to try xbox mode on the dongle and then it works.I see on my device manager under audio: Headphones (Xbox Controller) Headset Microphone (Xbox Controller) And so far audio output works and mic works as well (using mictest website and MS Teams).Decided to get an exchange at the Razer store and tested the new set on their Razer Blade display set. All good on USB mode for the dongle.Back home on my Win 10 PC not working although XBox mode on the dongle can connect.Anyone else with the Xbox editi

Synapse was auto updated to version 4.0. [removed by moderator] today and the Laptop Cooling Pad stuck at initialising CPU and GPU temp reading. Currently use the fixed rpm mode since the Smart Fan Curve mode pretty much not working Tried restart Synapse and even reinstall it make no difference. Any other suggestion?

i recently bought the razor v3 hypersense, and i attempted to use it on both my platstation and my laptop, the mic did not work on eitheri tried to do multiple fixes, including reinstalling the drivers multiple times. my laptop says that its detecting the device as a speaker and not as a headset.

This past Saturday, I noticed for the first time that the Philips Hue inegration feature with Razer Synapse 4 stopped working for me. Whenever I activate Philips Hue, the lights simply turn off and stay off instead of displaying colors until the Philips Hue service is shut off. I’ve noticed that the feature still works if I’m using it for more basic Razer Chroma features like the presets, but using it for either Razer Axon or the Chroma Immersive Experience results in no lights being shown despite the Philips Hue tab in Razer Chroma indicating otherwise. I have two PC setups and determined that, on my other setup, the Philips Hue integration feature still works as expected, indicating that the issue is isolated entirely in my other setup.As part of troubleshooting, I have performed the following:-Uninstalling and re-installing Razer Synapse 4 and Chroma.-Uninstalling Razer Synapse 4 and Chroma, using the Driver Cleaner to uninstall all drivers, then re-installing Razer Synapse 4 and Ch

Hello, I recently received a Razer Wolverine V2 Pro controller as a gift from a friend, but I only received the controller and not the USB wireless dongle. The controller works perfectly when connected with a cable, but I cannot use wireless mode without the dongle. Is it possible to or get a replacement wireless USB dongle for this controller? Hello, I’m having issues with TPM 2.0 attestation error messages when attempting to play Call of Duty Warzone and ranked play since Friday. Last successfully played on Thursday. I can’t see what  could have changed, unless there is a stricter version of TPM implemented in the game. I have been unsuccessful with all my attempts:-Update customer firmware and installed latest bios: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14657-Windows up to date-Reset TPM activation keys with tpm.msc command (had to re log/setup all my MS services again)-Reinstalled the game Still the TPM error message issue persists. TPM 2.0 is active. Is there a new BIOS update required here, or  TPM specific update? I see TPM updates for other models, but nothing for the Blade 15” 2023 model listed in the title.Thanks

Hello,I have a first-generation Razer Barracuda X, model RZ04-03800, with the original RC30-0380 USB-C wireless dongle.The dongle suddenly stopped working. It is no longer detected by either my laptop or desktop PC, and the Razer Headset Pairing Utility does not detect it either. I have also noticed that the dongle seems to get warm when connected.I would like to know if Razer can provide or sell me an original replacement RC30-0380 dongle compatible with my headset.I am located in Chile.Thank you.

I am using the Raiju v3 pro. I purchased it around December last year in Japan time, but even though it hasn't been a year yet, the drift is incredibly large. I've tried calibration several times, but there is no sign of it improving at all. Is support assistance possible? 

As the title says, I was chilling, playing on ps4, suddenly, lights off, i was looking at the ps menu saying 2 lines outta 3 on battery, i said cool kept playing, disconnected, i thought that’s weird, i pressed the ps button, nothing, unplugged and replugged into the ps4, nothing, tried resetting with a pin in the back under the paddle button, nothing. Went to the pc, the update software does not recognize it, no lights when plugged in, neither on usb mode or any BT modes, i unplugged it now and don’t know what to do ! Even tried the usb ports on my monitor all ports on my mobo, on my front panel, literally outta ports to try. Any advice is welcome, please help. What should I try from here ??

Hello,I have little hope of finding a replacement, but I thought I would ask. My beloved Razer Atheris mouse has been with me for a very long time, and unfortunately the USB dongle was damaged and I can no longer use the mouse in 2.4 GHz mode. Is there any chance of finding a replacement dongle somewhere? I live in Poland.The mouse is registered on my account in case SN is required.I would really appreciate any help or suggestions, as I would hate to have to replace such a great mouse just because of the damaged receiver.Thank you!
