Please help me! I keep on getting "There was an unexpected error, please reload the page and try again" and i can't receive sms code. I don’t have copies of my backup codes either cause i cant receive sms! I saved up for a month just to be able to afford this! :((

the left side of my razer kraken v4 pro not working. i finally got it to work for now but i don't know if when i switched it to Bluetooth it reset it or not but i don't know if i should return it and get a new one or if there is a way to fix it. i have every thing up to-date on the software so that is my main question.

Lost my usbc dongle for my kraken v4 is there any way I can get a new one

ive had this headset for about a year i think, but i only recently got a computer so i can actually register it for 7.1 surround sound. Obviously i cant do that without a serial number and the box is long gone. I might have proof of purchase still if i find the email but thats about it. Is there anything i can do?

 Hello  2 days ago I buy a nev razer deathadder essential mause ı dowload the apps and  see the double click mouse fonction ı want the use this but its not working in game  ı can use this setting in chrome or anytinghbut ı cant use this mause fonction or macros in game  I check my drivers and  try the reinstal but nothing changed what what do I need to do to make it work ? 

Dear Razer Support Team,I am writing to report an issue regarding Razer Chroma effects in Apex Legends. Since the game/system transitioned to DirectX 12, the lighting integration has stopped working completely.Currently, the game is not even recognized by the Chroma Apps tab in Synapse as a compatible application anymore. It seems like the DX12 mode breaks the link between the game and the Chroma Connect module.Could anyone from the support team clarify why this is happening and when we can expect a fix or an update to support DX12? I would really like to have my lighting effects back.Thanks in advance!

Brand new out of the box kraken v4 pro. I have updated the firmware, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers for both the headset and synapse 4 and nothing i do fixes the tinny/robotic sound that the sidetone has. The mic works fine. When i preview the mic it sounds awesome but for some reason the sidetone sounds horrible and I can't find a fix. Razer support i am begging you for help

Ok so ive done all the “Fixes” I see, but short of doing span that looks atrocious i cant find a fix. I have 2 monitors, before i had a laptop and a monitor, at that time it worked, i could set different wallpapers for each screen, and it would go through them at random at the same time. NOW i try to set 2 screens and it will show on one or the other, no matter what setting i change it doesnt matter. It will only show on one or the other, not both. This is extremely annoying as i would hate to have to look for another wallpaper app! Anyone(Especially Razer) Actually know what might be wrong and how to fix please respond.

Have a Wolverine V3 and updated the firmware yesterday.  Since the update, I’ve had an issue with ESO and the vibration.  Previously, when picking a chest, the vibration would start going off when there was “pressure” from the tumbler on the pick letting you know that it was in the correct position.Since the update, the vibration starts immediately when using the trigger to push the pick down on the tumbler, so you can’t tell if the pick is in the right position or not to stop applying pressure.Worked perfectly before the update.  Tried to find the last update to see if that would work but didn’t have any luck finding the last firmware update.

Nommo Pro V2 subwoofer stuck blinking power LED and will not power on. Occurs when plugged directly into wall with all other cables disconnected.

My Razer Basilisk Ultimate stopped working on wireless. When I plug the dongle to the laptop, it works fine for about 2 seconds, then turns off. Then after a few seconds turns on again and this goes on and on. I tried to remove all the drivers and firmware, then reinstall everything, then update all possible firmware. Also used the pairing tool. The pairing process was successful, but the problem still persists. Nothing worked. Only when wired with the cable works fine. Can anyone help??

Someone was messaging me on here about this but has not replied in a week or so , so i am reposting. I have just purchased the razer kiyo v2 quarts, I plugged it in and it does not appear in the razer synapse app, when going to device manager it is there, i updated drivers to USB camera, restarted my pc and it still doesn't show. I downloaded the firmware updater and it says to plug in the camera. The microphone on it is working, when i test audio through windows setting and select it as microphone it plays back audio. No led showing on camera to indicate its on or anything. It works perfectly on another computer. All my usb ports work with other devices such as mic, headset, keyboard, mouse. 

Got my razer edge back from a friend that forgot his email and didn't log out before resetting. I figure razer could fix for me easy but no response. Any help?

The USB stick appears as Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed under devices and the mouse as HID-compliant mouse.   Mouse appears in the app tho and is completely configurable. It works fantastic and is the smoothest mouse I've ever owned, but I am a perfectionist and I feel there is still a tiny constant micro stutter when moving a camera in games very slow on my 120hz TV, barely noticeable on fast movements, but on slow it is constant stuttery, like as if the 1000hz and G-Sync doesn't work well together, unlike if I move the camera with the right stick on a controller, that is completely 100% buttery smooth at all speeds. I just bought Blade 16 2025 version with 5080 in at beginning of this month, but the new blade 16 with intel chip and thunderbolt ports as well as a better screen released just after that, is there anything I can do to upgrade or exchange it with some money added? Hello. Similar to this post: my basilisk V3 pro got bricked and I can no longer use it in any way. I tried to reinstall drivers in device manager but nothing works. It happened when trying to pair by BT to a new device. I think the problem is software related and the mouse got bricked. I can not send it to warranty to the place I bought it from as it offered only one year of warranty. Is there any way you could help me? Thank you. [removed by moderator] .

I’m hoping someone can help me fix my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. The mouse was working perfectly fine on 2.4GHz, but I got it stuck in an unresponsive state while trying to connect it via Bluetooth.Here is exactly what happened:How the issue started: I wanted to pair it to a new device, so I switched the bottom slider to "BT". However, the mouse wouldn't turn on (no lights at all). I tried the manual pairing shortcut (Mouse 4 + Mouse 5 + Middle Click) multiple times, but since the mouse seemed "dead" in BT mode, nothing happened. I noticed that if I switched the slider to "2.4" (Dongle mode), the mouse would turn on normally. So, trying to troubleshoot, I started switching the slider quickly from 2.4 to BT, hoping the mouse would "stay awake" long enough to enter pairing mode. Hallo Razer Support. Ich habe mir vor einigen Jahren einen Razer Enki gekauft und musste bereits innerhalb der Garantie schon einmal den Gas Lift austauschen lassen. Die Garantie ist jetzt nicht mehr vorhanden und ich habe auch keine Garantieverlängerung. Ich möchte mir jetzt ungern einen neuen Stuhl kaufen da ich nicht genug Geld habe um dies zu stemmen. Daher meine Frage wie kann ich den Gas Lift austauschen? Bietet Ihr an dieses Ersatzteil bei euch zu kaufen? Welche Größe und Daten benötige ich um den Gas Lift auszutaschen  Danke schonmal im vorraus
