Hi,so, I was updating my mouse’s firmware and it actually started flashing the fw of the touchpad. Now the touchpad partially works; the fw update was for a Razer Atheris mouse… I don’t understand why it tried to flash the touchpad’s fw, Windows and its drivers…No clicking  no tapping function  moving cursor works but just with one finger In Ubuntu, tap works but clicking doesn’t need a firmware for it please, can you help me fix it please 🙏 

Hi all! I’ve seen some other posts about this, but I have a Razer Kraken Kitty Edition headset that is constantly getting stuck in a disconnect/reconnect loop. It makes a pop noise before disconnecting then just keeps doing it over and over.I’ve tried using it with multiple devices, in a hub and plugged directly into the computer, with and without Synapse, on different versions of Windows, all the troubleshooting. It had happened a couple times when I first got the headset, usually just when the audio was too loud, but in the last few months I pretty much can’t use the headset without having audio issues.I’ve treated the headset very well; it’s fallen on my carpeted floor once or twice but I don’t mandhandle it, bend or mess with the cable, etc. I’ve always kept it on a headset stand on my desk. I got it in 2021 so it’s out of warranty.  Has anyone had luck with a fix or talking to razer support about this? I figured at the price point for this headset it

However, I would like to suggest an improvement that I believe would make the user experience even better.Many users (including myself) notice that the mouse lighting remains on even after the PC is shut down, as long as the mouse is connected to a USB port that provides power (such as Always-On USB). Hello,I am experiencing an issue with my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset.At random times, the audio becomes robotic/distorted for about 1 second and then returns to normal. Recently, this issue has started happening much more frequently.My firmware is up to date. I have tested the headset with Ultra Low Latency mode both enabled and disabled, but the problem still persists.When I first purchased the headset, there were no issues at all. The problem appeared only recently.I have just tested the headset using a wired connection, and the issue does not seem to occur in wired mode so far. This makes me suspect the problem may be related to the wireless connection or dongle.Could you please advise on possible troubleshooting steps or let me know if this might indicate a hardware issue?Thank you.

Hi, I have latest firmware and Synapse software for my brand new Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-Profile HyperSpeed. I use it in wired mode. When I lock out my windows 11 from desktop using the windows + l key combo, the letter "l" (as in like) keeps spamming my windows login password field. I fix it by flicking the switch on the keyboard from wired to wireless, then back to wired. Or just not running Synapse app.Anyone else have this issue?

Unfortunately, this change caused me to lose all my previously configured profiles and settings for my Razer BlackWidow keyboard.Here’s what I’ve lost:Game-specific profiles I had meticulously set up Custom RGB lighting effects created in Chroma Studio Other personalized usage settings that I used regularlyThese profiles and settings were essential for my workflow and gaming experience, and now I’m stuck having to recreate everything from scratch, which is incredibly frustrating.Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, is there a way to recover lost profiles and settings? Or perhaps any advice on how to back them up to avoid similar problems in the future?I’d really appreciate any help or tips! I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X brand new from Amazon and when I go to register the product it says my product was already activated, could I please get a support member to help with this.

Recently my arm rest plastic broke after having the razor enki for 5 years, is there any way just to buy the whole arm assembly?

Ihave a  brand new  Razer Blackwidow v4  Pro. The spacebar is  inconsistent, sometimes  adding  onespace,  sometimes  adding two. This message is an example of unedited spacebar issues. You can see  for yourself where the spacebar  adds  one space or two. Or, asinthis sentence or the first, where  no spaces happen when  you press the key. Sometimes it adds  a space in  the middle  of a word.Given that this is t he most pressed key on  my keyboard, I need to get this fixed  ASAP.  There are apps that I use where a spacebardoes more than just put aspace in  a paragraph or sentence.

Why does the same error appear after a month or two? These headphones are simply faulty. Could I ask for a refund? I don't want to receive any more faulty headphones.I was playing games yesterday, everything is fine, the panel is connected, the headphones were connected via 2.4 GHz, suddenly they don't work and I have to either connect the cable to the headphones or connect via Bluetooth, which freezes.

Hey there, So my Razer Naga V2 Pro, scroll wheel button, can no longer be pressed down.I have taken a can of compressed air, and sprayed air all around the wheel, and there is nothing blocking the button, or underneath the wheel. The scroll wheel can still be pressed to the left, or to the right, and they function as separate buttons. The mouse is clean, and in mint condition, as I bought it new. I have connected the mouse to 2 PCs and a Mac. The problem remains. Any ideas, or suggestions for a fix, are greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello, i just recieved a Razer BlackShark v2 Hyperspeed as a gift. At first, i connected directly to my computer and i have no issue with it when im using it when it is connected with the cable. Then i wanted to test out the wireless option but when i connected the dongle that was included in the box, with the cable that is also included in the box, i got a windows error stating ‘’usb device not recognized’’ i see several other people had this issue as well. i tried their solutions but none of them was any help to me. so what should i do?

So i bought THX Spatial Audio, and the setup does not go past 2/2. i cant click any of the top tabs, the enable button, or select output device in the app. I havent even gotten to input my activation code. 

Hi,Could not find any thread related to my problem. I’m playing WoW through lutris or steam (tried both to see if my problem would be resolved in another context) on a Pop_OS! 22.04.Problem is, when I press one of my 12 buttons from the mouse, it start freezing the game for 1sec and after multiple uses it end with my game totally crash. It is 100% linked to the use of these button as I can reproduce the crash easily.Does anyone have an idea why this could occur ?Thanks !

Hello, I recently purchased a Razer headset and I’ve noticed around a 5 dB volume difference between the left and right ear cups. I tested it on multiple devices and confirmed the imbalance is consistent. Is this considered normal within manufacturing tolerance, or could this indicate a defect? Please let me know if you need the serial number or any additional information. Thank you.

Hello. I logged into my Razor account after at least 10 years. Upon changing password because I could log in, I find a strange Razor Id associated with my account. I never set this up and think my account was hacked?! The Razor Id I see under my account is “frontRazzmicBerrycast411” which I never created! How do I get My Razor Id fixed. And was anything else screwed with my account?

My Blackwidow Mini V3 Hyperspeed issue is that it has worked great until now.  The letter U acts as SPACE OR TAB.  I don’t know how to get it back or, how this happened in the first place.

I have the Kraken Kitty V2 and whenever i go to register them it tells me my product number is invalid and when I went to the warranty support and typed in my serial number it said that my headphones werent eligible for surround sound and to look at the website to see which ones are included and it is literally listed on there and in the pamphlet my headset came with it tells me to scan the qr code and so I can get surround sound so I’m just confused. I typed the 0’s in as O’s and nothing. Please help.
