The volume knob on my headset is behaving weird. Turning it in either direction won’t decrease the volume, instead, the slightest turn will automatically boost it to 96-100 and you’ll get that annoying double beep noise of when it’s maxed out. So I can’t reduce the volume in-game for any reason without going into the hardware app to do it. What gives, it’s really annoying!

Once again my shortcuts have disappeared from my game profile. It's unbelievable, I feel like I have this problem all the time. And this time it's not because of a Razer Synapse update. This morning everything was fine, but now my shortcuts have disappeared, and no, I'm not disconnected from the internet, and no, there hasn't been a Windows or Synapse update, and yes, it was working fine yesterday, and yes, my Windows is up to date, just like my Synapse.When I think that I switched from Corsair iCue to Razer Synapse, well, I didn't have nearly as many problems with iCue. Yes, because it's your Synapse software that keeps causing all these issues.Please investigate this recurring bug and let me know what diagnostic logs you need.

it doesn’t connect via dongle, but work perfectly via the dedicated wire given which is usb type c to connect it via dongle i need to connect it with the wire, for a second, and then immediately connect it with dongle, then it works perfectly fine, what do i do i am stressed out i have online classes and other things to do 

having the not detected and stuck  on firmware needs update issue

I bought a Razer Viper v4 pro and like 1 or 2 month after the batterie charge is stuck at 30 or 40% and not charging more and when I play the batterie falls to 5 % after 5 min

Hello Razer Support team,I lost access to my old phone number and I also no longer have access to my 2FA authentication method. Because of this, I can't update my Razer ID properly or update my account information.Could you please help me recover my account and remove/reset the old 2FA so I can regain access? My Razer Barracuda earbuds sound like a barrel on microphone. like its not better than the G435

My Huntsman V3 Pro main key matrix is unresponsive, but the volume wheel and lighting work. Standard reset combinations do not register, and it fails to type on multiple PCs. I need the Bootloader Recovery Tool to force an override.

I unfortunately lost the detachable mic for my Headset I for the life of me cant find it. Is there a way to order a new one instead of having to get a whole new headset in all? 

I found so springs online with similar measurments so i just bent the broken spring into place, it is working so far. i just bought razer blackshark v3 hyperspeed 20 mins ago. and these is hissing sound background 24/7 when i connect with 2.4 dodge but when i connect Bluetooth its normal. i researched it. cant find anything. do i return or is there a fix

Bought the Kiyo about 5 years ago and barely had any issues until very recently. It’s started focusing close, and I’m unable to change any settings. When I try to open the advanced settings that just softlocks it so I can’t interact with any of the settings.I’ve tried unplugging it, using a different USB port, endinging synapse, restarting my PC, uninstalling the device, and updating the firmware. (Speaking of trying to update the firmware, it just directs me to contact support which I can’t do as I’m obviously out of warranty)Also, just a peeve I’ve got and completely unrelated. Most of the forum posts regarding issues similar to mine were locked “to curb the conversation to PMs”. I found 2 threads that weren’t locked and got some useful information I wouldn’t have otherwiseWhat’s the point of a support forum if you lock every thread? The goal is community conversation and support

  Hello, I play on Virtual Control. And the right analog stick keeps getting stuck, is there a solution for this? I have already replaced the control a second time and it is brand new and it is the same 

Simply put, the option to select a mouse button and rebind it to Num Lock keys 1-7 is currently not working, I play MMO’s and use said buttons for my rotational skills. At this moment i am unable to get it to work. Any sort of fix would be appreciated.

The buttons now only register as the standard number keys 1–6 from the main keyboard. Even after remapping them, Synapse 4 still outputs the default 1–6 instead of the NumPad keys.How can this issue be fixed? Until then, I’ll have to switch back to Synapse 3!--endfragment>

Recently, I’ve been having a problem with the scrolling part of my volume knob. It functions just fine without Synapse but doesn’t work at all once I launch Synapse, even when binding scroll up and down to something else. Clicking it down works fine. I set it to Print Screen and it does it just fine when using Synapse. Obviously, I’ve tried binding scroll up/down to something different, restarting the application, updating keyboard drivers, unplugging and replugging in the keyboard, and even uninstalling then reinstalling Synapse entirely; none to any avail. Now I’m stuck opening the media bar in Windows to change volume, which is very inconvenient. Help would be appreciated, thank you!

Pretty simple powered down my Win11 PC for 3 days upon return powered it up again but no sound, tried to re-install driver after deleting it to no avail. If I try to update firmware via Razer its looking for a Bluetooth 4 my PC doesn’t have bluetooth so I’m stuck. I cannot change to bluetooth on the Leviathan either, it stays in green mode.Have tried many different USB ports with out success, been in device manager and THX doesn’t show on sound ports at all. It did before I removed the driver but speaker wasn’t working then either.

I’ve been having to use a 3.5 jack the past few months on my barracuda x (2022) because of how its working. ill be charging it and itll turn green, so ill go to unplug it and then plug it back in, and then the light starts flashing red again as if its dead even though it was just green, it also will not turn on, doesnt matter if i try turning it on while its plugged into the charger or off the charger.

So I have a razer mini v2 bought it almost a year ago and here lately when I’m talking it will just start cutting in and out weather it’s in a discord call or in game vc it does it all the time looking to get some help

I lost my usbc dongle for my kraken v4 is there any way I can get a new one?
