why is there no mac support, I wish this would have been more clear on the page for the Hyperflux V2, I feel like this was a massive oversite, you are finally supporting mac on synapse, but i mean come on, the hyperflux v2 is just a dongle can’t be that hard to support mac os. is there any way we can get this supported

Hello, my black shark v3 pro wireless dongle for the xbox has stopped working. i have tried plugging it into multiple different devices and nothing has worked. the light simply will not turn on. how can i order a replacement one? or is there some sort of warranty for the dongle? please get back to me with the information because i cannot find the dongle anywhere.

The screen of my Razer Blade 15 turned black yesterday during usage and since then the laptop does not reboot. If I press the power button the LED flashes in green and also the keyboard lights up but nothing else is happening.I have tried out a few things already but without success:I have pressed the power button for about 10 seconds (power supply plugged in and battery plugged in) and then tried to restart the laptop I have removed the battery and unplugged the power supply, then I have pressed the power button for at least 60 seconds, plugged in the power supply and tried to restart the laptop I have also removed the CMOS Battery, the RAM and SSD I have connected an external Monitor and a keyboard I have tried everything multiple times in different combinations but with no successI have seen that this problem was reported multiple times but I have not found any working solution so far. okay so like yesterday or two days ago i receive my Blackshark V2 X Razer Wired Headset from an “authorise seller” honestly look sbelivebly and the headset is in good quality and doesnt sound cheap but the serial number is already been registered i contacted them already but they said “yes, supplier said they already help you register it, if have any issues can direct contact us, we will help you solve it” me being the brat i am keep asking for 2 days now and then they hit me with the “wait a moment, we waiting supplier reply” and then “you can direct to razor customer support” can anyone help? or im fried currently i have the recipt proof and the sellers shop

Generally the Leviathan V2 will encounter this detection problem if there is an interruption in power delivery when it’s powered on, I tested this to be true by unplugging it from the wall while its turned on and connected to my pc.Make sure that your plugging the leviathan directly to the wall and not in an extension cable to help avoid this issue from happening randomly.But if it occurs, I found one replicable way to fix the the issue:Press + and - volume buttons and  the power button together until it powers off to perform a hard reset. Unplug all cables (Typically; Power, USB C and Subwoofer) Hold the power button briefly to drain power (you may see a slight power flash in the RGB) Plug only the power back in, turn it on and test the source switch button (furthest left button), if it freely switches from green to blue then your good to go. Hello, I'm trying to use my Cynosa Chroma keyboard on a Windows 10 computer that basically has no internet. (Technically it has internet but the crazy firewall, which I have no control over, blocks everything). So the Synapse 3 installation wizard cannot connect to the server and fails. I have permissions to install software but I need to copy the installation files over manually and then run them and this installation must not use the internet. How can I go about this? I already installed Synapse 3 on my main computer with Windows 11 and internet access and everything works fine. Just want to use it on my secondary computer. I don't even need all the modules/functionality. Just the basic set of quick effects to toggle between... no visualizer or game support etc required. Any way?

The application detects both devices, but as soon as I try to pair the mouse with the docking station, nothing happens — it says «device not found». I have installed all the latest drivers for both the mouse and the docking station, but nothing helps.

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro dongle and wanted to ask if anyone else has gone through this.Right after updating the dongle firmware with the official Razer firmware updater, my 2.4 GHz wireless audio stopped working completely.What I’ve already tested: Wired USB works perfectly Bluetooth also works fine The dongle is still detected by Windows I re-paired the headset and dongle successfully I reinstalled the audio endpoints and restarted the PC I tried different USB ports and removed the USB hub from the setup So at this point, the problem seems to be only with the dongle / wireless audio path after the firmware update.Has this happened to anyone else?Did you find any fix, recovery method, or way to reflash the dongle?Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Razer team and community,I'm experiencing constant audio crackling and volume instability on my BlackShark V2 Pro whenever THX Spatial Audio is enabled in Synapse 4. The moment I disable THX (switch to Stereo), audio returns to perfect quality immediately. My razer devices disconnect and reconnect out of nowhere. When it starts this cycle of disconnects and reconnects, it usually happens for several minutes straight. This is not a USB or motherboard problem. It happens to my razer keyboard and mouse at the same time. My Chroma lighting on my keyboard will revert to default color design when it disconnects, and then back to my preferred chroma settings when it reconnects. It disconnects and reconnects every couple of seconds until I reboot. Even if I plug my keyboard and mouse into different pots, the problem persists. I've tried plugging my mouse and keyboard into USB ports that I know don't have a problem, because I have other devices plugged into them that stay connected all the time. However, the problem persists no matter which USB ports I use. My mouse experiences the exact same problem at the same time, which makes it nearly impossible to use, because when it disconnects, I obviously have no input. It reconnects for a second or 2

Hey Support and Community, my Naga just “died” today. It suddenly stopped working and only got recognized as a USB-hard drive with a firmware.bin inside.As far as I’ve read from other manufacturers apparently you need to hard reset the device (press LMB+RMB+SWB while plugging in with Razer Mouses) and giving the mouse a new/working firmware.bin file.I tried the aforementioned reset but seemingly did nothing, but I'm still missing the File. Maybe you can help me out.I also made a Ticket and wrote a PM to razer.sushi.boi hoping something helps me faster. @.@ SincerelyMaxi

Anything I bind to any keys on my Tatarus V2 does NOT work.I’m trying to change keypad ‘16’ to CTRL and it simply does not work.I’ve reinstalled Synapse, reset device, etc.Instead, what Synapse does is apply a virtual ‘ghost press’ of the buttons I’m trying to map to the keypad.Meaning, any button I map to it, is then somehow being virtually pressed constantly. Nothing I map to my device works at all, and Synapse is to blame.Despite anything I bind to any button, it is only the default function that happens when pressing any of the respective keys on my device.I cannot game until you fix this.
