Please explain why your company does not develop applications for the MACos system?What wrong with macOS? _I believe that if you do not give the opportunity to use all the functions of the mouse as well ( as the software,) then you are putting your customers and buyers in unequal conditions. Please explain your policy regarding software for macOS (Synapse 3.0 or 4.0)

This is an off & on issue I’ve been facing consistently throughout my ownership & growing use of my Naga X & synapse software. Frequently the side buttons on my Naga X completely stop acknowledging my rebinds & macros & return to the default settings. Usually fixes involve something along the lines of deleting the profile, resetting the mouse, or reinstalling Synapse 4 all together. So what I want to know is;Is there any sort of definite fix for this, or any idea what is actually causing it? I know the Naga X is discontinued, but it DOES say that it’s supported in synapse, however is it *really* being supported?Besides the obvious issues with Synapse, I really like the Naga X, & I’m not really eager to replace it, but would any of the newer mice by Razer (Naga V2 Pro?) be better adapted?My Naga X is plugged directly into the computer, not thru a hub I’m using the most updated version of Synapse 4 on Windows 11What can I do to stop this from happening so frequent

Since i instaled synapse 4.0 into my new laptop all my macros keep getting deleted everytime the laptop restarts, years of macros saved gone, made a couple of new ones saved into a file and everytime i have a gaming session it needs to be imported, how to fix this issue?

Posting this to get some visibility on a BlackShark V3 Pro firmware bug that a lot of us are dealing with.I keep my setup minimal and prefer not to have Razer Synapse running in the background on Windows startup. My other gear (Wolverine V3 Pro, Orochi V2, and Naga V2) all work great on onboard memory without Synapse running. The BlackShark V3 Pro is the only device that has an issue loading its onboard profile on startup.The Bug:Whenever you turn on the headset over 2.4 GHz wireless, the audio comes through muffled, muddy, and flat. The onboard DSP fails to apply your saved EQ curve.The only workaround right now is reaching up to the right earcup, pressing the physical EQ button to cycle through the presets, and going back to your profile. As soon as you cycle it, the audio instantly snaps back to proper quality.About the recent patch:Synapse release notes recently claimed: "Fixed: BlackShark V3 Pro Series - EQ not saved on power cycle."This might have resolved the UI state inside Syn

I have a razer raptor 27 qhd-165 hz model rz39-0350 the lcd panel was struck by an object there is no visible crack in the outer screen but there are vertical rgb lines and horizontal lines originating from the impact area is it fixable?

The new Razer Naga Pro V3  is currently not on the supported device list  of Synapse 4  for MacOS, is it not going to be updated to support it, or it has and the list is waiting to be updated? whats the situation please.

Razer Cortex isn't accruing points for playing Game of Thrones Kingsroad. I've tried with Epic Games and Steam, but to no avail. The Steam game is detected by the launcher. The Epic game isn't visible in the Launcher..I tried the option of deleting rzr_userid and resetting Razer Game Manager Service 3. No results.

I just bought Blade 16 2025 version with 5080 in at beginning of this month, but the new blade 16 with intel chip and thunderbolt ports as well as a better screen released just after that, is there anything I can do to upgrade or exchange it with some money added? It’s so frustrating to get a older version just before the new one release

Hi!I bought some Black Shark V2 X headphones.I'm having a bit of a problem: I feel like the volume isn't adequate...They sound a bit quiet to me.I've already turned the volume knob and my PC volume up to the max.

Hi, I have a Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed headset and the dongle has, twice now, for a couple of days (at least the first time) stopped working. It will show a very feint green light for a second before windows tells me that it doesn’t recognize the usb device and won’t connect my headset. I’ve uninstalled Synapse, the drivers, updating the firmware, the pairing utility and any other thing I’ve found recommended, all to no avail. So I am at a loss of what to do as I also can’t find any place where I can buy a replacement dongle for it either. The headset is about 1.5 years old as well so I’d rather not have to replace the entire thing.

Hello everyone, I need some help with some direction, I have got a problem with the headset, it was all working fine, then after awhile, the dongle started playing up, connecting then disconnecting, showing on my pc “USB Device not recognised” unplug it plenty of times until it works again.. I want to find where I could get a new dongle, because I don’t want to be paying £60 for a new one what probably has been used before and has a problem.Thank you 

Hello Razer Support,I purchased a Razer Viper V4 Pro less than a month ago, and it had been working perfectly normally until today.Today, when I turned on my computer and connected the mouse, I noticed that the mouse lights do not turn on and the device does not connect.Windows displays the following error message:“USB device not recognized. The last USB device connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.”I have already tried:Reconnecting the mouse using the original Razer USB cable. Trying different USB ports. Restarting the computer. Connecting the mouse to another computer.Unfortunately, the same problem occurs on the other computer as well. Hello,I purchased a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro about 2 months ago. When I switch between wired, 2.4 GHz, or Bluetooth, the mouse turns on and the RGB lights up, but the profile button light stays solid and the mouse is not responding at all (no cursor movement or clicks). The PC does not react and the device is not usable.Also when i look device at synapse it look not working I have already: Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse Updated the firmware (currently up to date) Could you please help me with further troubleshooting steps or advise on a replacement/RMA if needed?Thank you.

Yesterday, I bought a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro, and everything was going great until I tried to use a controller. I quickly realized that no matter what I did, no game detected my inputs. Once I closed Synapse and restarted, the issue went away. The only issue with this is that I then lose all my RGB customization on my keyboard. Is there any way I can get controllers to work with Synapse? Is there something super obvious I'm just missing? I find it really weird that a $250 keyboard just voids out all controller support. I looked this up online and found absolutely nothing, which brings me here.

Hi! I have two Goliathus Extended Chroma mousepads, and both work perfectly when connected. My question is: how can I control the Chroma effects for each one independently in Synapse? When I tried, the app only recognized one of them for lighting effect commands, while the other just kept running the color cycle without responding to any lighting effect commands at all.Is there a way to control the RGB lighting on both? I know that in the past (about 6 years ago), Synapse didn't recognize two identical devices separately; is this still a limitation in 2026?I’d appreciate any help. Thanks!

As of around 2 days ago, my headset (razer blackshark v2 pro, 2020) was working perfectly fine, the same way its been working for around 3 months now. It was connected wirelessly to my pc when I decided to connect it to another device through the provided razer headset jack. When i unplugged it from the other device and went back being wireless on my pc, it suddenly stopped working. (IMPORTANT NOTE: When i go into my sound settings on windows 10, it displays that it is connected and working, when i have a sound playing on my computer it shows a visual signal that it is working, although i can’t hear anything) It feels like I have tried everything, tonight i’ve spent atleast 4 hours trying to find a solution, I reinstalled synapses, even though i didn’t use the razer synapse when the headset worked just fine, I changed dongle’s position on my pc, and watched a lot of suggested videos to try and fix this problem. Nothing seems to work.  I dont know why the headset just stopped working ou
