Mouse is not working as should


Hello i have problem with the mouse when starting up the pc:
When i shutdown the pc and turn it on in the morning
the mouse is working but stopping responding to my hand movement for sec in the middle
Till i turn off the pc and unplug the cable from the tower,
I'm not sure what to blame the psu mobo, however diff mouse is working ok

There's a firmware update that's supposed to fix the issue.

already did the firmware, it helped

Have you tried to clean re-install the Synapse application? If not yet, you can follow the steps here to proceed. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its specifications and look for other steps to help you resolve the connection issue of your mouse.
