No response from customer support for 3 weeks!!! case 241104-001427

Its been quite disappointed for razer’s poor customer support,

 

I raised a ticket more than 3 weeks ago and still no one replied my ticket.

 

What should i do now? I raised another ticket 2 weeks ago to follow up my previous ticekt but still no respond...
