Razer basilisk ultimate returned from Service without grip tapes

mini2109

Hi

I have a small problem, and basically a question.

2 weeks ago I send my mouse Razer Basilisk ultimate to the seller as a complaint.

The problem was the wheel, which during the move into the wrong Direction

The seller sent the mouse back to the Razer service.

Yesterday I got info that the service recognized my complaint and today I got a new mouse.

The problem is that they didn't give me these tapes :(

These tapes, however, cost a little and I have to order them again now.

It's a bit of a shame…

Is this always the case?Is this always the case??

Should I have asked the service to return them?

I did not want to Peel off  them because I thought it was a problem with the wheel and that it would be fixed, the rest will come back unchanged.

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

They never repair peripherals, you'll always get a new one if there's physical problem with it.

Just buy a new grips, because your older mouse is most probably trashed.

Aaaa I did not think it looks like that

If I knew that I would peel them off, but the store did not even write anything about it. It is a pity because 80 zł went to the trash.
