Razer Blackshark V2 beeping

Yesterday, I got a Blackshark V2. Although since the start, there's a problem. At seemingly random intervals, I get a beeping sound. According to the manual, it is supposed to mean that the battery is low, however, Razer Synapse indicates that the battery is full. It hasn't been a day and I'm already extremely annoyed by this. How to fix ? It's basically the same problem as described in this post, however a clear answer wasn't given. /razer-blackshark-v2-beeping.79180/ Tried doing a clean re-install of Razer Synapse without avail.

I will add to this. The annoyance with this constant beep-boop is insane. The silence from Razer, is ~glaring~. Too late to return and get something actually WORTH the relatively high-price of this peice. The reply is going to be: Try different USB slots or Try reinstalling Synapse. NO, Razer. I ~tried~ paying $170+ for a ~headset~. Now do YOUR part and address the problem on YOUR end and make the headset worth the cost. This is not a local issue, this is a Razer issue.

I've actually found the problem... and it's dumb. It's my chair.... my dang chair is so dense it's enough to block the signal.... so yes, it's my chair but to be fair, that's not normal. My chair should NOT be enough to block the signal.

Hello. I've already replied to your PM. Let's stick to one conversation to avoid confusion and redundancy.
