Razer Blackshark v2 Pro Synapse problem.
I just got my blackshark a week ago, at first, it was working fine but after couple of days for some reason
It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to the synapse.
Now it's not connecting at all on the synapse
I've looked at the headset light and synapse 3.
The headset is in constant blue light (not blinking), so that means it's paired right?
also, I can see (Blackshark v2 pro) in windows settings<bluetooth & other devices.
but it's not showing in the synapse, also the headset is not working even without synapse
there's no sound, but checking in the playback, I can see the razer blackshark sound bar working
when I'm playing music, but no sound on the headset not unless it decides to reconnect again,
with the 1 beep sound.
What I've tried so far:
I've cleaned installed razer synapse, and deleted all the folders, run sfc /scannow.
I've re-paired the headset with pairing utility.
I've updated the headset firmware.
I've run windows update.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the blackshark driver in the device manager.
I've restarted so many times.
I've used the razer driver clean-up tool.
I've switch to different usb ports.
I've tried all these with another computer.
Update:
It won't pair now in the razer pairing utility.
Even when dongle is not connected, the headset is on static blue light.
Wireless connection no longer works.
It only works on 3.5mm.

mykeyfranzeseDoes the behavior happen while the headset is connected to another computer? You can try using the Razer Driver Clean-up Tool to uninstall all Razer-related files, then restart the computer and reinstall the application. Let me know how it went.

Does the behavior happen while the headset is connected to another computer? You can try using the Razer Driver Clean-up Tool to uninstall all Razer-related files, then restart the computer and reinstall the application. Let me know how it went.
you can laso try this tool. This tool will pair dongle with your headset again if the issue is on bad connection sould fix the problem.

From the descripction that you provide during conversation this can be one of two things. First something is mess-up in plabeck device settings or file corruption in Windows second can be issue with headset pcb board. The best right nów is connect via dongle to diffrent notebook or PC and see what happend.
