Razer Blade 15- display brightness dims when second monitor installed

Hi. Can someone please assist. My Razer Blade 15 laptop display dims when I install a second monitor. I am not able to brighten the laptop display as it automatically dims after I try to adjust the brightness setting. Can someone please let me know how to fix this? Thanks Alex!

Ensure to update your laptop's Windows operating system and Intel Drivers. Also, try swapping both monitors and see if the issue also happens to the other display connected to the port you experience the brightness issue. Also, some monitors have auto-dimming in the menu. Please check its manual and verify if it has that option. Are you using a docking station? You may also try different monitor cables. You can visit NVIDIA or AMD's page (whichever is applicable).

Can you check what exact settings you have when external monitor monitor is connected. Click right mouse on desktop and select "screen settings" you can laso make picture of the window.
