razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed drifting across my screen

I purchased this mouse not too long ago and today it's just stopped working, it just drifts across my screen and doesn't connect to the dongle I looked up on google on how to fix this but u cant see any drivers and the pairing utility doesn't seem to work, what should I do.
