razer gold invalid pin code

I bought a razor gold card from Walmart and immediately I reloaded the card pin it failed and was informed that it’s an invalid pin card and I should contact support immediately. Please help me resolve the problem with the invalid PIN code on my razed gold card

I bought $300 rezar gold card and it keep saying invalid pin code, please I really need help! Please I will be waiting for your response.
