My Razer Hammerhead earbuds are amazing, from the audio quality to the mic. Even my friends who use airpods say that these are better.
However, recently my audio just hasn't been working, this was happening across all devices they paired to. After a while I got a call and decided to see if my earbuds would work, and they did. Then I got curious and decided to play a song during the call, and it surprisingly worked.
When I ended the call though, they returned to how they were before. After looking further into it, I also found that I wouldn't require the media audio setting via bluetooth to be enabled for me to listen to the music, but if I were to disable call audio; the music would start playing out of my phone.
Does anyone know how to fix this? (I use a private discord server to listen to my music now.)

That's odd. Was it working fine when connecting it to another mobile phone? Were there any changes to your device before the issue? Do send me the serial number via PM. That way, I can verify its model and assist you properly. Let's continue from there.
