hello,

 

Kaira hyperspeed headset doongle can be selected 'usb' and 'xbox' mode.

When in xbox mode on my PC headset is detected as xbox controller audio, when in USB mode nothing ?

I have owned 3 of these now and numerous suport tickets with the same exact issue! Any suggestions please?

 

The instructions indicate headset should show up in USB mode as karia hyperspeed headset, but even through hear connection notification noise when i plug dongle in there is nothing anywhere on the computer???

Hello,

i have the same pb on my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed.

The dongle is not recognized and the usb port is unknown mode. 

I changed with all USB ports, updated my drivers, still nothing happens in unknown usb…

Please Razer WTF is that.

We appreciate your response. Our development team found out that Kaira Hyperspeed for Xbox can't be detected on the AMD System. But no worries, our technical team is already aware of the reported concern and our development team is already working on a fix through a firmware update. Rest assured that we are working on this with urgency.

 

Answer given by support and i been complaining about my headset since hmm maybe december last year. Complete joke.
