I've had nothing but issues with this heaset since I bought it from it dropping in and out of synapse and having it no longer being detected by synapse when the audio exceedes a certain threshold, meaning i basically cant have the volume too loud or if anyone in a discord call deciddes to be loud my headphones will stop being detecteed by synapse and it will unselect it as my default audio output.



Recently with the new update I can no longer use the thx spatial audio option, the list of apps are no longer there and pressing the select as default option at the bottom does nothing. I'm not sure how you've managed to break it even more but thank you razer, I'm very pretty boithered I've paid so much for headphones with features I can't even use thanks to the horrible software they need to function.



Any help would be appreciated.

I had this problem since i bought it (2020) so... ))

I was talking to Ryzer support for half of a year and they decided to replace my headset with the new one and as u can think it's not working well too. After that they say "OK we can send you a new one once again" Ofc i refused. I sent them hundred of my logs and tons of information of my PC, they still can't solve this problem. Week ago it starts to turn off with loud (i mean ultra loud) sound, what hurts my ears (no jokes). I tried to fix this sh*t so many ways and so many times, but nothing works. Never. Also my friend got this problem too. I guess it's unfixible. But i wish they can solve it so much, cause i love this headset. :confused_:
Uninstalled and reinstalled synapse and now the headset isnt event being detected or listed under devices.... nice.

I paid about 250 for mine roughly about 3 weeks ago so I think I'd be demanding a refund if it dosent get sorted soon, should illegal to sell such a faulty product.

That's a massive dissapointment, I've just handed them good hard earned money to be left with a broken mess. I've had nothing but problems from day one and with every synapse update they only seem to make more. This has to be the most incompitent software development team I've ever seen, synapse feels like a chore to have installed on my computer.



such a shame to see a great company producing good quality products being weighed down by such horrible software development.

Have you checked if the issue happens while it's connected to another USB port or computer? Please send me the computer's MSinfo and Synapse logs, including your headset's serial number. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
