The Razer Kiyo camera I’ve purchased is just flickering on the LED and making buzzing sounds - there is no device recognized by any machine I plug it in to, so updating firmware isn’t an option. Seems like a warranty issue given the number of other threads like this on here, but I can’t find a way to support on the website, so trying here. Help!
My Kiyo just started doing the same thing. I have tried it on multiple computers too to see if maybe it was the software. When plugging it in, it’s fine at first but as soon as I try to activate the camera, whether through Synapse or through Zoom or something else, the computer no longer detects the device and the ring is flickering and I hear a buzzing sound coming from it.
Same. Done that during a meeting 😕
