Razer Kraken V3 X USB PS4

I use this headset for my ps4 and it always has low volume on it. I can use it for my pc and the volumes fine. It’s just on ps4 I can’t use the scroll wheel for volume and I can’t turn it up more. I’ve turned up all my settings max and it’s still low. Does anyone have any recommendations on what i should do?

Please be informed that the Razer Kraken V3 X’s volume control was designed to firstly sync with the PC, and PlayStation’s current volume control implementation does not support this as a localized volume control. Volume control would only be supported via PlayStation settings under Audio Devices. Feel free to PM if you need further assistance. Have a good one!
