Hi, I can't see my razer naga hex v2 in razer synapse 2, but I can see it in Razer synapse 3. Is there a way to use it on synapse 2? I can't have 2 software for Razer peripherals

According to the driver page for Synapse 2, that mouse is supported. Synapse 3 takes priority over Synapse 2, so I would uninstall both of them and then just reinstall Synapse 2.

I reinstalled it, but I can see just my Headphones in Razer Synapse 2

If you still have the issue try to remove mouse from windows device menager unplug and reboot when windows boot plug mouse back and driver will install.

You'll need to clean uninstall both versions of Synapse for the Hex V2 to reappear on 2.0. Send me a PM should you need a step by step guide on how to do just that.

Yah I figured it out it appears that its only compatible with synapse 3 thanks anyway.
