Last reply I’ve gotten was a few days ago and the support told me, I am supposed to wait until they update the software/ give me an update on the whole case. I sent them many logs so now, we can only hope for them to try to fix the issue with their next synapse version but… well, this has been an issue for many users for over a year already. I am patient but I might just return the mouse as I bought it mid january 2023. Buying a mouse for 200 euro and the main feature doesn’t even work lol...

They have told me again that they cannot replicate the error and that if I want another product, please do not accept the change if you can and so that they really do the right thing and work on an update with the correct department.

Macros with special characters like ! @ # $ % do not seem to work without Synapse running.

These type of macros work fine without Synapse on my Naga V1 but not V2 Pro.

At least it is improving.

Can anyone try to create macros with special characters and check if they work without Synapse running?

Macros work good for me, even with @ (shift+2).

Does the macro work when you close synapse?

I guess my main question at this point is if this happens on all Naga V2 Pro or if we have all just received lemons. I could see where not everyone would be reporting this problem because my programmed buttons work when I’m using synapse, but just can’t save the profile on the onboard memory which is what I need in my use-case. 
 

I would still think even more people would be making mention of this though, if it was just in the Synapse side, but that’s just speculation.

 

Since they cannot replicate the issue, that also potentially suggests it could be a faulty mouse right? Has anyone received an RMA to actually exchange one of these mice?
