I recently bought the Razer Nari, and not long after it started to malfunction randomly when I plugged it in, and now it happens consistently. I have tried reinstalling Razer Synapse, and I have tried the Razer Dongle Recovery Tool, yet neither of which work. I always get the following messages when plugging it in or trying to use the recovery tool;









Is it possible that this issue could be fixed, or do I have to return/replace the product?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Were you able to connect and test the headset to a different USB port or computer? Please update the headset firmware by clicking this link and see if it helps.
I tried with a different USB port on the computer I use, but I couldn't get another one to test with. Another thing, I tried to update the firmware with the link provided and got roadblocked at the same point as before, with the same message. It seems that neither the pairing utility nor the dongle recovery tool will work with this.
