Hi peeps...
I love razer products. All my keyboards, mice, headsets, and gaming pads are from their product lines. But... I ran into a problem that is casting doubt on my faith in Razer support and product quality:
On the Orbweaver Chroma, the adhesive used isn't holding the pads in place. It was only a short time (on a new gaming pad) before both pads started slipping. This leaves me with a hand full of goo and a very difficult playing experience.
To make things worse, when I reported this to Razer Support the responded with: This appears to be from user misuse. Are you serious? The pads are supposed to be designed to take the weight of a hand, provide comfort, and STAY IN PLACE. Razer refused to provide me with an option here. Eventually I gave up and I'm now looking at options made by competitors. This greatly saddens me, since I've been a staunch Razer supporter for a decade at least and love most of their products.
Anyway, I just wanted to put this out there to the Razer Community. Something to watch for if you own a Razer Orbweaver Chroma (and possible other gaming pads from Razer). I wish you all better luck than the false blame I got from Razer Support.

How long have you had the keypad, and did you remove the pads after they started slipping? Please send me your ticket number. I can use that to review your previous interactions with our Warranty Team and better understand why the claim was denied. I can't guarantee anything just yet, but I will do my best to help you out. Let's continue this in the PMs.
