Razer Phone 2 - bottom firing speaker not working

The Phone is currently in the warranty period, I've purchased the device(brand new) via AMAZON USA - back in December 2019 (from official Razer seller). The device was working perfectly without any issues, but all of a sudden the bottom-firing speaker got defected itself.
  • * I've tried restarting the device few times to check.
  • * Uninstalled recently installed apps.
  • * And Finally, did Hard Reset and Factory Reset as well.
but still, the problem persist. Can someone help me on this matter..? :smile_: I have submitted a case two weeks ago - but I haven't got any response!

    You pretty much did all the necessary troubleshooting. If the problem persists, it may very well be a hardware issue. Please send me your ticket number via PM. I'll take it from there.
