Hi there, got the fine pice of equipment for x-mas.

sadly i got a anoying stick drift on my left stick (drifting to the right).

Le problème ne s'est pas résolu, j'ai envoyé le contrôleur après une conversation avec le support RAZER et j'en ai obtenu un nouveau en remplacement.



Il est préférable d'écrire un message personnel à l'employé de soutien.



J'espère que ma langue française est compréhensible?!

I have a problem with my Razer Raiju Ulimate purchased in December 2018. Although I don't do anything with the two shift sticks, the controlled character or pointer moves autonomously to the left. I tried to replace the two sticks with those provided in the package and I tried to reset the controls with the App on my mobile phone, but I did not get any results. With a stationary controller and without performing any movement with the motion sticks, everything moves to the left. How do you think you can solve this problem? Is there a service center in Italy? There are firmware updates to improve, if not, fix the drifting issue. Please PM me the serial number of your controller and a screenshot of the current firmware version installed.
