Razer Synapse 3 wont integrate game lighting

When I would launch Apex Legends it would have display the Apex Legends integrated lighting system, which it does not do anymore. Pls help.

Do you have Chroma app sync enabled?

Check if you have enabled apex ligtning profile. Open synapse then click on chroma connect there you should apex profile and must be enable. If you dont have chroma connect module install it.

It is installed and enabled. I have clean uninstalled an reininstalled everything imaginable

Hmm two quick qestions you have cortex installed and if yes it see game and second you install game in default directory or somewhere else ?

Can you check if Synapse see you have game installed ? Open synapse go to profiles there you will have game tab.

Yeah i can find the game linked, I can also link the game to profiles and devices, but it still does not show up in the connect application tab on the dashboard.

OK. Try this uninstall connect module and reboot PC to clear memory. When PC start install again connect module.

I have tried that yesterday, and I just tried it again :slightly_sad:( still nothing! I have however found out how to install my browser) but still no apex

Last thing you can try is uninstall game and remove every file that stały after that from programfiles and appdata folders reboot PC and install game again to be sure that game will install everyting that is required.
I actually just finished that, it took me about an hour.

Nothing has changed, and it somehow worsened. Now my OPERA GX Browser wont enable

Webbrowser have noting to game in terms of work. Can you write what Windows are you using also how long you have it and what exact build is it.
Window specs:
Microsoft Windows Verson 21H2 (OS Build 19044.2006) @microsoft corporation

Razer Synapse:
Version 3.7.831.83015

PC specs
16.0 Ram GB

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12 - Core Processor 3.79

64 bit operating system, 64x based processor

Opera has integrated with Razer Synapse, I worked all morning to get my Wallpaper engine and Opera to show up in the Connect tab on the dashboard (integrations), which all that progress has been deleted due to the deletion and reboot and everything else I have just done.
But now it is not even an option for me to enable Opera. aka its even more broke than it was before

Hmm. You can only two things. First remove synapse and every other Razer softwere that is installed then go to programfiles folder and remove Razer folder if you find it then open serch and paste %AppData% and remove there every Razer folder in AppData folder you find. Reboot PC and when it start download fresh copy of synapse and install it. If this wont help the only thing that left will be Windows reinstall or back it up from recovery. For sure there is some conflict or corruption based on your messages.

I did that just a few hours ago, as razer support suggested and instructed me

I just uninstalled my whole steam and every game involved with it.... and it still has not changed

Please PM me your case number so I can check it on my end and escalate your concern to the Software Team so they can have a closer look at the chroma integration problem.
