It appears that the keyboard charges fine, but no matter what I do with the mouse, it doesn't charge properly. It is almost as if it is going to sleep/standby and then not continuing to charge.
It doesn't matter if the mouse is plugged into the keyboard or if it is plugged into the power adapter directly.
For example, the mouse was plugged into charge (adapter) on Monday, 6/10, and I just took it off the charger today, 6/12 @ 2:06 PM EST. The mouse was at 33% charged, and was about 13% when I originally plugged it in.
The lights on the mouse/keyboard come on when plugged into charge, but then they eventually go out. It is at that point that I thought it stopped charging.
In order to get it fully charge, I have to leave it plugged in an make sure I "wake" it up every so often.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Hmm. Can you please try plugging your Turret to a PC via USB wireless dongle? Once plugged in, please launch Synapse and go to Mouse > Lighting > Switch Off Lighting then make sure to tick and untick the two boxes (see image below). Let's see if this could help prevent the charging from going to sleep.

This keyboard is always used with a PC, and has yet to be used on my Xbox. I will try switching off the lighting and untick the boxes next time I charge it. Won't be for a couple of days.

I am having the same issue with mine. Plug it in over night to charge and it only goes up a few %. Charges fine while I am using it. But it seems like going to sleep stops it from charging. Any resolution?

Try updating the firmware. Should you need further assistance, please send me a PM with the serial number of your Razer Turret.
Where can you download the firmware please?
