Serial Number Unknown in Razer Kraken Pro v2
I just bought my razer kraken v2 pro online and now I'm trying to register my headset but it keeps on having an error saying that my Serial Number is unknown? I checked the serial number in the box and in behind the earmuffs but still an error. What should I do? Thank you!

Same thing happening for me on the Deathadder Elite I was given for Christmas
Same with me with DeathAdder Elite purchased 15/01/2021. I have logged a support case and will update the thread when I get a response.
I have the same problem here for my friend, a Kraken Pro V2 bought in an official shop by his girlfriend. Someone can help or it goes back for a refund ?
Try registering your RAZER from the web by clicking the following and after you signed into your RAZER ID

Also we have seen in the past where product code "RC" or "RZ" works vice versa
Otherwise, contact the RAZER Support by clicking here and select the RAZER Kraken Pro V2
They might ask you for some validation of your product like
