Surround Sound Option Missing in THX spatial audio mode
Hi, i just bought the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Siege edition. I installed synapse 3 and turned the THX Spation Audio option ON. But then there was various options like 'Game Mode', 'Stereo', 'Music Mode' etc. But i couldn't find the 'Surround Mode' there. What can i do?

Hi DortCeL! Do you have a Realtek (R) Audio Code with THX Spatial Audio in the Windows device manager? Have you contacted our Support Team via email? If you haven't, please send me, Razer.Xenon, or Razer.Caziel a PM showing a video or photo of the issue including the computer's MSinfo and Synapse logs, so I can initiate an investigation regarding the software's behavior.
