So I bought the Razer Deathadder Essential, registered as product succesfully but no one version of the Synapse can`t detect the mice as device.
Razer Deathadder Essential is from China (CHS Packaging), but as I see no Synapse version for region CN.
PC (Windows 10) see the mice as “USB Gaming mouse”.
What you can to advice to fix this problem please?

It may be… there are a lot of DA Essential fakes.
