My Razer synaps doesn't want to log me in any way or form if I login at normally it says My password is incorrect if I coping My password from Google on working functioning Locked in account of mine does not work making a new account does also not work using Google to directly login to my account does not work if I login as a guest in does work but I can Barry do anything and It should be perfect normal to use My current synapse this prevent,s me from doing this almost the Library I don't know if there is a fix but like if there was One this happened after I Change My motherboard and processor

I am experiencing this exact same issue sadly, tried everything.
Uninstall/reinstall etc etc
same issue here - been thru all the trouble shooting steps - refuses to move past the "loading” screen to be able to login
Same issue for me, I just bought a mouse razer biper 8khz, it's supported by the software I installed it everything was fine until I clicked on connect, I selected "connect with Google" then I selected my Gmail after that I had this infinit loading screen! Plz admins help us with this issue! It's a serious one! Thanks

Hi, the support got back to me kinda fast and it worked what they suggested. The software they said to downloaded were already installed on my PC, so I guess what was on the first segment did the trick. Try doing this:

Uninstall again the Razer Synapse 3, delete all Razer folders you can find in C:\Program Files(x86) and C:\Program Data. The Program Data folder is set to hidden by default so you might need to change the folder option first.
Then download and install the following files:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtime
After installing those files, reboot your computer. Then download the manual install of Razer Synapse 3 here. Reinstall Razer Synapse 3, DO NOT include the other modules (Chroma Connect, Chroma Studio, Cortex) when you reinstall it.

I found the issue. if i let my asrock motherboard install my drivers. it creates the issue.
the fix for me was was re installing windows the go into bios disable automatic installation drivers. and the check if it works if so re install every thing by hand 1 bij 1 if something creates a issue note it down and redo everything again. for me nothing gave a problem
